Patrick Jane discovers that Rigsby was mistreated during his childhood. Her suspicions are confirmed when she meets Rigsby's father, Steve Rigsby. Steve is a former member of the motorcycle gang Iron Gods and makes money selling cigarettes without paying taxes.
