The Howling Aces are a squadron that dangerously dominates the skies, thanks to their unity and excellent strategic planning. Sergeant O-fera will pilot his destroyer, the Dachshund, while Brigadier Bonegarde will pursue any aircraft or craft that dares to flee. Meanwhile, the Yankee Yippers will launch attacks on enemy aircraft at Sergeant O-fera's command.

Yankee Yippers are small, light brown puppies with darker brown ears. They wear brown shoes, yellow overalls, and red wristbands. They are seen using jetpacks to launch attacks in all directions, damaging the enemy.

They are somewhat playful, adorable when not in combat, but in combat they are a headache for anyone who dares to mess with The Howling Aces, launching several attacks that are almost impossible to escape without damaging any specific part of any aircraft.

Brigadier Bonegarde wears a sleeveless shirt, fingerless brown gloves, trousers, and a red beret. On his left arm, he has two tattoos of bones forming a cross. He has a bandage on his chin, is a robust pit bull, and his fur is mustard yellow, just like Sergeant O'Fera's.

Brigadier Bonegarde is a member of The Howling Aces, and rather boastful. He is also often arrogant and condescending, as demonstrated by his line on the death screen in the Cuphead DLC game. At his disposal he has a large plane, bigger than any other. And in combat, with the help of the Yankee Yippers, they pursue any obstacle to destroy it immediately.
