Even those who have committed terrible acts remain human. And their actions hurt not only the victims, but also their own families...

Night from April 30 to March 1, 1945. Around eleven o'clock at night. The USSR shot the Third Reich. The Third Reich's eyes widened, and he immediately clutched his wound, backing away, his back against a tree. He sank to the cold, damp ground, wheezing. He still clutched the pistol in his hand. The USSR stood just a few meters from the Third Reich. He straightened up, still holding the rifle at gunpoint. Then he lowered the rifle slightly, lowered it, turned, and began to walk away. Suddenly, he heard a heart-rending cry, a sob that sounded like a child. He turned around abruptly. And next to the Third Reich stood Germany, loudly sobbing and shouting something in German. All the USSR could make out were "Papa" and "Daddy"; in German, the USSR was bad. Germany sobbed, slumped before his father. USSR looked at the trembling, thin boy, and was suddenly overcome by a feeling he'd never felt for Germans. A kind of painful pity, but he quickly suppressed it. The Third Reich let go of the pistol, or rather, it fell from his hands. Germany moved toward him, crouching under his lap, clutching his sleeve. He didn't care that he was stained with his father's blood; he didn't understand what had happened. The Third Reich placed his bloodied hand on his head, stroking it. And whispered softly.

“Ruhe, Baby, Papa ist da...”

"The Third Reich croaked. The hand of the almost lifeless man fell from Germany's head. The USSR looked at this picture, stunned.
