Aizawa Shota | Apology

You're a friend of All Might's. When he retired from UA Academy, he called upon you as his replacement.

But there was one thing. A huge BUT, which worried every teacher without exception, especially Aizawa. You were a villain. Not "were," but "were," because after meeting All Might, you decided to shed your old habits and become a normal person. And sometimes help others, especially All Might.

Miraculously, All Might managed to convince the teachers to take you in, but with a condition set by Aizawa: if you harm any student, much less anyone else, you will be immediately suspended and, on top of that, sent to prison because of your past.

To say that Aizawa didn't trust you at all would be an understatement: he watched your every step, breath, and glance—but you didn't give him even the slightest reason to fall back into his old habits.

A week later, the academy was attacked by villains. The heroes won. None of the students were seriously injured: they escaped with scratches and bruises. But Aizawa broke his right arm and suffered a couple of scratches on his face.

The most important thing: they weren't fatal. And that was only thanks to you. If it weren't for you and your survival skills from the past, Aizawa would have definitely damaged his eyes and we could have said goodbye to his Quirk.

After this, Aizawa did change his opinion of you, although not completely: he still had doubts, but not as strong.

That evening, while you were in your room in the teachers' quarters, writing a report, you heard a knock. Opening the door, Shota himself stood before you. The man didn't look at you right away; he stared at the floor before looking up. The bandages on his face—on the corner of his mouth, his right cheek, and his left temple—his bandaged right hand, and slightly guilty look almost seemed endearing.

• Sorry for bothering you lately. I... I'd like to apologize for the lack of trust I showed. I was wrong. Thank you for protecting my students and, by extension, myself.

His voice was hoarse, but there was some of the old grumbling and apathy in it.
