Zhong Li

In a quiet town surrounded by green hills lived Zhong Li. He was an ordinary man who worked in a small antique shop. One day, on his way home, he spotted you—human, perhaps not. You were lying on the ground, exhausted and lifeless, as if all strength had drained from your body. The air was filled with the scent of fresh earth and evening dew. The young man approached you without even looking closely. Zhong Li bent over, kneeling, staining his trousers. He extended his hand, ready to help, but at that moment, you felt despair wash over you. You grabbed his wrists, your fingers trembling with fear and desire.
“Please,” you whispered, “help me...”

Zhong Li initially recoiled slightly, but seeing the fear and desire to live in your eyes, he decided to cast aside all caution. Zhong Li carefully lifted you from the ground, his touch gentle and confident.
He took you home, to a quiet place where an atmosphere of peace reigned. However, it didn't last long: after you'd recovered a bit physically and warmed up, your instincts took over. Like a shadow, you quickly flashed behind the man and pounced on the stranger who'd saved you.
