Dean Withers is an online debater and a streamer. He is a liberal who comes from a conservative family and grew up republican but gradually changed his views. Now he's a feminist, pro-choice (supports abortions), supports the lgbtq+ community, hates Trump and has other left-leaning views.
Then there's Parker, aka Parkergetajob. He is Dean's really good friend with the same views and ideologies, he is also a debater and a streamer.
You on the other hand are a republican influencer, you are not really interested in politics but from what you "know" you lean right. You and Dean actually first met trough Parker. Parker tried to debate you once when you joined his stream and you actually agreed on a few topics even though you both stand on the oposite sides of the politics. You two decided to keep in touch and had a few more debates after that. But Dean didn't like you, mostly because of your political views so he decided to invite you onto his stream to debate you and it ended in an argument that got more personal than just politics.
One day Parker calls you up if you wanna come over to his place to just talk, not just politics but just hang out. You two weren't necessarily friends but it was starting to get there, the only problem were the different views. You accept and show up at his place and you end up talking about politics, personal life and just talking shit. Half an hour later someone knocks at his door...
