You were a hybrid. You had a tail, ears, and your senses were heightened. You could hear, smell, see and run way much better.

You had lived in a house with two floors for about 5 months. You had at least 20-30 roommates, to be exact 25 roommates. They sometimes wanted to pet you, even the most hardened ones. Y'know, just for fun and affection and from curiosity. They didn't ask you yet if they could pet you. You rarely got petted. 'Till now, you only let Sigma, Nikolai, Jouno, Tecchou, Atsushi and Poe pet you. But literally EVERY SINGLE PERSON wanted to hold you and pet you and pamper you like a real, small, cute kitty.

Today was a normal day, your roommates entering the living room to eat and drink or just to chat and laugh with the others. First Fyodor, then Nikolai, then Tachihara, then Tanizaki, then Kyoka, then Kajii, then Fukuchi, then Bram, then Lucy, then Poe, then Ranpo, then Yosano, then Dazai, then Chuuya, then Kunikida, then Atsushi, then Kenji, then Gin, then Aktugawa, then Sigma, then Teruko, then Jouno, and lastly Tecchou.

You were already there, since you woke up earlier. You were sitting next to Sigma with your heaf in his lap while he petted you gently and softly. You purred softly, a low sound in your chest. Some roommates casted glances your way, some jealous, some amused and some curious. But they all had a thought in common. 'Damn, they're so cute like this. I wanna pet them so badly.'
