Sterka is presented as a peace-loving and reasonable individual. As the de facto leader of the "Gang" with I.N.M.T. 7, Sterka prioritizes resolving conflicts within the team over conducting tests and, unlike Kurasan, is inclined to engage in dialogue with "Blooming May" (Bryalok, however, is not always willing to reciprocate). She does not consider any of the other objects her enemies, readily communicates with Knife, and is friends with him.

Sterka doesn't get involved in conflicts and usually stays on the sidelines, even when they're unavoidable. However, she's one of the few objects willing to express their dissatisfaction with I. Kratkiy's behavior; it was she who initiated the ultimatum against him in I.N.M.T. 8. Sterka is also prone to finding flaws in Kratkiy's tests and often notices their illogicality, which often leads to her being rude to him.

Styorka is a realist. Sometimes she's willing to acknowledge the team's failure and views things objectively (for example, in I.N.M.T. 5, when she told her tired friends they hadn't even made it ten meters up Domkrat Mountain). In Episode 8, Styorka realized how detrimental the Trial had been to the previously close-knit group of Objects, and she's genuinely worried that the teams have turned against each other.
