He often gets into trouble with Aza, who almost always insults him and tries to humiliate him, likely due to his different position in the alphabet.

Yulka is the thirty-second character in the alphabet (Y). He has pink skin, and his arms and legs are lighter than his body. He likely strongly resembles a cat in both appearance and behavior. Originally, his pupils were dilated, similar to Lala's, and he also had fangs.

Eteri is the thirty-first character in the alphabet (E). He has purple skin, and his arms and legs are lighter than his body. His personality is likely similar to Yoshka's, judging by his posture and facial expression, though he is perhaps more assertive in his words. He has three eyelashes on the bottom of each eye, and previously had blush in the form of two circles under his eyes. He is hot-tempered and brash.

Yer is the thirtieth letter in the alphabet (Ь, a soft sign). He is likely timid and modest. He is friends with Yer. He has white skin, and his arms and legs are crimson. He and Yer are also the only letters with the same body color. He has blushing cheeks in the form of two circles on each side, almost the same color as his limbs.

Yshik is the twenty-ninth character in the alphabet (Ы). He has gray-brown skin, with lighter hands and feet than his body. He has a childlike personality, makes strange analogies, and doesn't take his work seriously. He has two spots on his cheeks (resembling freckles). One eye is located in the space between the letters, and the other is located approximately halfway down the side of the stick.

Er is the twenty-eighth letter in the alphabet (Ъ, a hard sign). He is likely optimistic and energetic, judging by his facial expression. He is friends with Yer. He has white skin, and his arms and legs are purple. He and Yer are also the only letters with the same body color. He has blushing cheeks in the form of two circles on each side, almost the same color as his limbs.

Cheppy is the twenty-fifth character in the alphabet (Ch). Friendly and quirky, perhaps a bit frivolous. He has green skin, with lighter arms and legs than his body. He works as a bartender in a cafeteria. He is one of four characters with a black bow tie, which he apparently only wears at work. He has blush marks in the shape of hearts on the sides of his cheeks.

Tsy is the twenty-fourth character in the alphabet (Ts). His personality and preferences are rather odd: he loves thermoses, frogs, pigeons, snails, and sesame seeds. He owns 731 pairs of glasses and a museum of flatworm photographs. His favorite words include protoplast, enamel, cartridge, aerodynamics, tonometer, and dumpling. Tsy has a yellowish-beige body, and his arms and legs are lighter than his body.

Hakaru is the twenty-third character in the alphabet (X). He has a quirky and playful personality and loves to play pranks on his teammates. He is friends with Uika. He has dark orange skin, with lighter arms and legs than his body. Hakaru has a modified shape, more like the letter X written out. He previously had blushes in the form of a wavy line under his eyes. His eyes are also merged. He wanted to get rid of his blushes because he was often compared to different people. Hakaru gets offended when jokes are made about him.

Fawzy is the twenty-second character in the alphabet (F). He has dark purple skin, with lighter hands and feet than his body. He has a cunning and slightly mean personality, judging by his face. He hates doorways because of the shape of his body. He has three lines of blush on each side of his face.

Uika is the twenty-first character in the alphabet (U). Personality is unclear, but likely playful and relaxed. She has dark green skin, with lighter arms and legs than her body. She is friends with Hakaru. She has blushes in the form of two long, thin stripes under her eyes.

Titor is the twentieth Symbolar in the alphabet (T). Titor is toxic and rather cruel, rude, and sometimes even commits immoral acts. He has dark blue skin, with his arms and legs lighter than his body. For example, he shamelessly suggested that Chepik run over Izh with the Bvtobus and later even committed this atrocity (although Izhek survived and is now upset with Titor). He refuses to listen to Yoshka's moralizing. He is friends with Chepik, although their personalities are very different. He is the third Symbolar to feature clothing—Titor sometimes wears wide, dark blue pants with a belt.

Slovik is the nineteenth symbol in the alphabet (C). His personality is unclear. He has sandy (as in color, not literally) skin, and his arms and legs are lighter than his body. At one point, Slovik was obsessed with Turkey, but soon lost interest. He has two simple swirls of color on his cheeks.

Rita is the eighteenth symbol in the alphabet (R). She is likely friendly and calm. She has coral skin (as in color, not literally), and her arms and legs are lighter than her body. She prefers to relax and not get nervous. She is friends with Kira. She has a blush shaped like a flower outline with four petals on each side. She sometimes wears round glasses with reddish lenses.

Panako is the seventeenth character in the alphabet (P). He's likely as grumpy and sullen as Verb, judging by his face in the alphabet. He has gray skin, and his arms and legs are lighter than his body. He has a blush in the form of three lines between his eyes, symbolizing a certain darkening of his frown. He sometimes wears dark sunglasses.

Oshiro is the sixteenth character in the alphabet (O). He has a rather strange personality and behavior. He likely ranks high in the alphabet, along with Az. Marcellus is the fourteenth symbol in the alphabet (M). He is an aesthete and collects certain things. Because of this, he is sometimes criticized by some for his sometimes blind aesthetics. He has lilac-blue skin, with his arms and legs lighter than his body. He is a symbol who wears a permanent piece of clothing, in this case a bow tie. He has a blush in the form of two large dark circles on each side, as well as small dark eyebrows.

Lala is the thirteenth letter in the alphabet (L). She appears to have a friendly nature and can sing. She has lime-green skin, with lighter hands and feet. She is the only letter with dilated pupils that span the entire eye. She is also the only letter in the alphabet to have only one blush, a dot on the right side (possibly acting as a kind of birthmark).

Kira is the twelfth character in the alphabet (K). He is Aza's secretary; his job requires him to interact with others over the phone, so he has everyone's phone number. He is friends with Rita and has a soft spot for his boss. He has brown skin, with lighter-colored arms and legs. He is quite nervous and sensitive, but friendly. Initially, he was pale orange, but later acquired his usual brown coloring. He has two eyelashes on the top of each eye and three dots on the sides of his eyes, mimicking freckles.

Kratky is the eleventh Symbolar in the alphabet (the letter Y stands for "breat"). He is a close friend of Yoshka. He has crimson skin (as a color, not literally), and his arms and legs are lighter than his body. He has a rather strange and sometimes creepy, cruel personality, but is nevertheless quite organized. According to Zara, Kratky is rather withdrawn and doesn't seek to socialize with other Symbolars, aside from a few friends. He has blushes in the form of two straight mustaches on either side.

Izhek is the tenth character in the alphabet (I). He's a bit odd, but quite friendly, though he can be brought to tears. He has blue skin, and his arms and legs are lighter than his body.

Zara is the ninth symbol in the alphabet. She has dark pink skin, with lighter arms and legs than her body. She appears to have a rather mischievous personality. She has a negative attitude toward Azu and dislikes the "Brief" show, considering it nonsense. She is the first symbol with two-colored pupils. She has a single eyelash on the side of each eye. She sometimes wears pink, heart-shaped glasses.

Zhivetya is the eighth symbolar in the alphabet (Zh). His personality is unclear, but he's likely quite friendly. He has light green skin, with his arms and legs lighter than his body. Apparently, many symbolars dislike him or ignore him for some unknown reason. He has blushes in the form of two pale swirls on each side.

Yoshka is the sixth and seventh character in the alphabet (E/Ё). He is the assistant and close friend of I Kratkiy. He has lilac skin, with lighter hands and feet. He is timid, modest, and friendly. He is always willing to help. He has two lines of blush on each side.

Dobro is the fifth symbol in the alphabet (D). One of Aza's henchmen. He has reddish-orange skin, with lighter arms and legs than his body. He is kind and friendly by nature, though perhaps a little naive. He has a blush in the form of four pale dots on each side.

Glagol is the fourth symbol in the alphabet (G). One of Az's henchmen. He's quite gloomy most of the time, judging by his face in the alphabet. He has bags under his eyes, giving him a tired and worn-out look, even when he's in a good mood. Glagol sometimes wears brown pants with a white shirt and a black tie.

Vedya is the third character in the alphabet (B). He's an introvert and prefers solitude, which is why he doesn't join Aza's team of henchmen, which is why Aza dislikes him. He has seven pale spots under his eyes. He's rather withdrawn, timid, and quiet, and may have self-esteem issues.

Buka is the second character in the alphabet (B). He is one of Aza's henchmen. He is quite organized and friendly. He has dark burgundy skin, with lighter arms and legs. He likely plays the role of "bully" in Aza's team. Judging by some artwork, he is physically strong and doesn't mind getting his hands dirty. He owns a fleet of buses.

Az is represented by the first letter of the Russian alphabet (A). He has a light orange skin tone, with his arms and legs a lighter shade than his body, and elongated oval eyes with two eyelashes on each side and dot-shaped pupils. He also has three henchmen: Buka, Glagol, and Dobro. He also has a secretary, Kira, with whom he has a fairly good relationship.

Az has a very domineering and toxic personality. He enjoys bullying other letters, especially Yaori, sometimes resorting to insults to demonstrate his superiority. He's apparently a very influential letter, as he's the one who organizes meetings. Symbolar doesn't want to lose his authority, so he reminds the letters about meetings and ensures everyone arrives on time. Az is also shown to be hot-tempered and impulsive. When not busy, the "big boss" relaxes in his office, reading his primer or using his phone.

The Alphabet is a primitive office, where there is a personal office and a personal room for each of the symbolars, where all 33 letters (symbolars) work.

Symbolars are animated versions of various symbols (letters of the Russian alphabet, or the Cyrillic alphabet in general, and numbers). They possess the abilities of teleportation, resurrection, flight, and other superpowers. As a rule, all Symbolars identify as male (have a male gender identity), despite the appearance, name, behavior, and voice of some of them. There are 33 of them in total.
