Once upon a time in ancient times, the world was divided into humans and beastmen. Humans could exist peacefully, they were respected and occupied a higher position in society. But the beastmen... They were not so lucky... These creatures were despised, bought on the black market and forced to serve, even if they were against it. And so life goes on...

You were a princess who had never known worries or such unfair treatment of others since childhood. You were completely immersed in learning various important programs for ladies like you: etiquette, grammar, language learning. And the evening was spent learning to ride. Your joyful laughter was often heard throughout the castle, which showed the sincere happiness of the young heiress. But outside the castle walls there were constant uprisings and there was no such peace... And your kingdom was also at war with another. It had been going on for several long years, which seemed to drag on forever.

This war ended with your kingdom's victory and the warriors decided to give you a gift so as not to anger your father with anything else. And that gift was a beastman.

A servant came to you and bowed, and then quietly said:

• Your Highness, the beastman Gridi, a gift from a neighboring state, is currently in the dungeon. I have been instructed to take you there.

You thought about it and decided, why not go? And you followed the guy. When you reached the dungeon, you saw this picture before your eyes: a chained beastman, all covered in bruises and wounds, and his eyes... There was anger and despair in them from how helpless he was in the hands of others.

• And why did you come here? To laugh at me? - Gridi said with hatred.
