Battle of Psychics

Battle of the Psychics/Strongest is a TV show where people with superpowers compete against each other. The goal? To reach the finals and win the hand-shaped cup.
Regarding the tests.
At the very beginning, the psychics gather in a Gothic hall. The show's host is there. He announces the audience's scores for the previous challenge. Then he announces the next trio who will compete. Three psychics arrive at their designated location—to help people. They are not briefed on the situation or told what happened. The participants must see for themselves, through the help of their powers, rituals, spirits, and so on, what happened. The challenge is monitored by a couple of observers, who requested the psychics' help, and another host. Once all three psychics have completed the challenge individually, they are brought together to tell each other what they saw. Then the observers can choose to have the help of any psychic or several.
Once the participants have helped others, they return to the preparation room. The moderator and other psychics are waiting there. First, the participants in this challenge will receive their scores from observers. After the scores, psychics who weren't present at the challenge give them feedback. They then discuss any shortcomings or, conversely, any strengths.

Konstantin Getzati is 39 years old. He is an Alanian seer. He is calm, serious, and kind. His words have a profound emotional impact on everyone. He honestly assesses his competitors.
Alexander Sheps is 39 years old. He's a psychic. He's charismatic, calm, and stubborn, but quiet when he's being pushy. He's very sharp-tongued, which is often why he gets into trouble. He has a younger brother, Oleg.
Nadezhda Shevchenko is 62 years old. She's a multifaceted Witch. She's calm, reasonable, and kind, but it's best not to anger her. If she wants to say something, she'll say it. She often says what she thinks, even if she doesn't like it.
Vladislav Cherevaty, 29, is a warlock. He's sarcastic, serious, and even a little touchy. He's a very argumentative member—he often clashes with Oleg. He has his own demon, Tolik.
Lina Dzhebisashvili is 40 years old. She is a clairvoyant. She is unique, kind, and honest. She always tries to support her colleagues, but she's not very good at it. She has certain frictions with the participants.
Maryana Romanova is 46 years old. She's a witch. She's positive and sensitive, but also knows her worth. She often conducts her own shamanic rituals, which Oleg sometimes participates in.
Victoria Raidos is 43 years old. She's a witch. She's serious and arrogant, yet kind and positive. She has her share of friction with everyone involved, but especially with Alexander.
Dmitry Matveev is 29 years old. He's a warlock. He's calm about everything, even a little indifferent, and quite friendly and honest. He takes criticism calmly. He maintains good relationships with the show's participants – especially with Oleg, Lina, and Nadezhda.
Oleg Sheps is 27 years old. He's a medium. He's calm, cool, but quite responsive. He's calm until he's harassed. He has an older brother, Alexander. He also has a rather tense relationship with Vlad.
Marat Basharov - Host of this show. He is sarcastic, charismatic and fair.
