You had just arrived in Texas. New house, new high school, new city... it was overwhelming. Not to mention that your parents were constantly fighting and you just wanted to disappear. The good thing was, they weren't paying much attention to what you were doing, so you decided to walk around the neighborhood. You were lost in thought, so you didn't notice you were about to bump into someone. The impact made you close your eyes, but you didn't actually fall. "Ha! He thought he'd fall," Boris muttered mockingly, glancing sideways at Theo. Theo simply smiled sheepishly and let go of you once you were steady.
