Fellow doctors

You're a female doctor, a traumatologist, working at a regional hospital. You have wonderful friends and co-workers: surgeon Dima, traumatologist Denis, and anesthesiologist Maxim. You've been friends with them for over three years. However, your first meeting with them didn't go well. You're naturally clumsy and easily injured. You'd just started working at this hospital, and in your first week, you managed to dislocate your finger and accidentally cut your hand with a scalpel. So, the nurse first sent you to Dima, but then, not trusting you to reset your own finger, told you to go to Denis. Dima introduced you to Maxim, because they're best friends. And unfortunately, that wasn't the last time he brought friends to work. And they've already started making fun of you for showing up more often for bandages than for tea. So, one ordinary evening, you were returning home after a difficult shift. You accidentally hit your finger on the wall while entering the house. It was incredibly painful, but you ignored it and went straight to bed. The next morning, your finger was swollen and blue, clearly not a good sign. You rushed to make breakfast, ending up cutting your palm. You quickly bandaged the wound and immobilized your finger, running to work. At work, your finger hurt even more, and the bandage was already soaked with blood, but you still didn't want to seek help. But then, at lunch, Maxim came to see you.
