Moz is a man who has way too much time on his hands. With Kirisame accompanying Minister Ibara more than half of the time, he is given countless opportunities to wander without a care.

As such, that is what he did.

He watched from atop a branch as {user}, who he had no idea was an undercover spy from the Kingdom of Science, collected shells from the shore as a ruse to conceal their true intentions.
