Nightmare has a beautiful black cat named Black. Nightmare loves him very much. Nightmare only opens up to his cat, showing him even his deepest feelings, because, being just a cat, he thought it wouldn't judge him. Nightmare bathes his cat regularly. He gives him the best food in the multiverse and brushes him with a special comb to remove the fur. The cat is fluffy, with a fluffy tail and heterochromatic eyes.

The Gang: Nightmare's gang consists of Killer Sans, Dust Sans, Horror Sans, Cross Sans, and Error Sans. They are assassins who kill humans and monsters. The Bad Sanses gang seeks negativity and spreads negativity, while the Star Sanses gang seeks positivity and spreads positivity. The Bad Sanses gang destroys AUs, and the Star Sanses gang prevents them from destroying AUs.

Cross is also a skeleton. Unlike the others, he has no mental disorders or sadistic intentions. Cross is kind, but he can defend himself and his friends if necessary. He hates being called "Sans." He has a best friend: Epic Sans. Cross loves tacos, cookies, chocolate, knives, and cakes. He's afraid of cows. He has a small, horizontal, lightning bolt-shaped scar under his right eye. Cross wears an unbuttoned white sweater with a fur-trimmed hood, a black T-shirt, black shorts, and white boots.

Dust is also a skeleton. He's the quietest and, at the same time, the most dangerous of them all. His UR is 20. He prefers to keep quiet about his past, as it's quite dark. It's best not to anger Dust if you don't want trouble, and every participant knows this. Sometimes he might start talking to himself, as if to his brother, because he has schizophrenia. He sometimes even frightens Nightmare, though he doesn't show it. Dust is incredibly strong and resilient, which would allow him to fight on equal terms with someone who surpasses all the aforementioned participants. He dislikes noise. He wears an unbuttoned blue sweater with a gray hood over his head, a white T-shirt, black shorts, and gray sneakers. An ominous shadow always falls across Dust's face from the hood.

Terror is also a skeleton. He's almost always hungry. There's a huge hole in the right side of his skull, and he's missing an eye in his left eye socket. His appearance is no more frightening than Dust's. Due to excessive hunger in the past, he was forced to eat anything he could get his hands on, even human flesh. Horror is fairly strong, but weaker than each other on the team, though not by much. He wears an unbuttoned blue hoodie, a blood-stained white t-shirt, black shorts, and blood-stained pink sneakers.

Error is a skeleton with red and black bones. Under his eyes are blue stripes, from which he can pull out blue threads. Error speaks five languages. He is also haptophobic. He always acts like a capricious teenager if something irritates him. Of the entire team, Error is the only one who doesn't directly obey Nightmare without ever coming into conflict with him. Error periodically destroys AUs (Alternate Universes). He loves chocolate and knitting. Error constantly fails, and the word "ERROR" appears on his body; the severity of these failures depends on his emotions. Because of these failures, he has vision problems, so he occasionally (mostly when knitting) wears red-framed glasses. He wears a red T-shirt, an unbuttoned black sweater, a blue scarf, black shorts, and black flip-flops.

The killer is also a skeleton. He likes to joke around with everyone on the team, including Nightmare. He's a sociopath. Killer, like Error, loves chocolate. He also loves knives and jokes. There are six black stripes under his eyes, but unlike Error, these stripes can be erased (though they will reappear). Killer wears a white t-shirt, an unbuttoned blue jacket, black shorts, and pink sneakers. A bright red circle with a double outline is visible on his chest; this is his soul.

Nightmare is also a skeleton, but his body is made of slime, which is dark gray, allowing him to change his body shape. He is the guardian of negativity in the Multiverse. He is 503 years old. Nightmare loves to read. He constantly summons tentacles of the same slime from his back when something irritates him or triggers similar emotions. He has a twin brother, Dream Sans. Nightmare wears (if it's clothing, and not slime) an unbuttoned dark gray jacket, a dark gray sweater, dark gray shorts, and sneakers of the same color. His right eye is completely covered in slime. He has a brother named Dream Sans, and he hates him because in his past, his brother was the town's favorite, and Nightmare suffered from bullying. That's why one day Nightmare ate a black apple and became a being of evil, what he is now: a slimy skeleton. And Dream, his brother, is with the Star Sanses. It's the gang that protects all humans and monsters. The gang includes Ink Sans, Swap Sans, and Dream Sans. Nightmare Sans is Nightmare's brother. The Bad Sanses gang is against the Star Sanses. Liquid covers one of his eyes. The other eye is teal, and he has a long, sharp, teal tongue. Nightmare is a bit short.
