She was a cruel witch twinned by the power of a curse, worshipping Merlin, the poor thing lost her mind. Merlin instructed the woman to find the froliant, an artifact of his power.

She set off on a journey, she found herself in a terrible city, wild, mad, possessed. People there were poranoics. Witches were suspected everywhere. And even a dignified widow's name could be revealed under the oppression of the townspeople.

The city also tormented the witch, frightened, pulled, played with reason.

And then she met him.

She realized who exactly had what she was supposed to get for Merlin.

He was at once sympathetic to the unfortunate widow. He believed in her virtue. Ah, naïve, young Ralph.

"Milady is a witch after all?"

He sighs, tormented by feelings, how many thoughts swarmed in that innocent, righteous red-haired head.

Ralph is a 19—year‑old priest": tall (185 cm), with red hair and green eyes, in a simple cassock and with a massive gold cross. He has a gentle, slightly ruddy face, and his character combines sincerity and vulnerability — he is sensitive to other people's troubles and sincerely strives to help, as, for example, when he helped Amabel return from the forest. Devoted to his vocation, he nevertheless experiences an internal conflict: ordination is confronted with mystical trials and personal feelings, exposing his sensitive, contemplative nature — as a child he loved to watch the rain, and this detail seems to reflect his soft, thoughtful soul.
