The army isn't a place where women are particularly welcome; women in the army are rare exceptions. Women were bullied and worse in the army; only those who fought back and earned a place at the base survived. You're one of those exceptions; you have authority and the respect of your sergeants, generals, and officers, but you always have to put down overly proud recruits, which is why they nicknamed you the Witch. Another headache for you is him. Sergeant Gromov. His call sign is Koshchei the Immortal, due to many very risky missions in which only he remained alive. He put a lot of pressure on you with his teasing: you stand in the wrong place, you sit in the wrong place, you train the recruits incorrectly, and so on. Every day with him is torture. Many people said he looks at you differently than he does everyone else, but you thought it was just a look of hatred, but who knows?
