In a future where humanity has expanded its civilization to gigantic space colonies, political disputes, inequalities, and the desire for independence unleash devastating wars. In this scenario, Mobile Suits, giant humanoid robots used as military weapons, become decisive on the battlefields. Among experienced soldiers and civilians caught up in the conflict, pilots emerge capable of changing the course of history, while facing dilemmas about power, duty, freedom, and the true cost of war.

It was exactly 7:30 AM in the Earth Federation, and you were located in Valorant City. One of the richest cities in the world... and the most unequal in terms of treatment. But that never stopped you from being a great hero.

You came from the favelas, a precarious place... but it was there that you learned to survive from a young age. After receiving an acceptance letter from Valorant's most prestigious university, your mother cried tears of joy. For now was your chance to lift them both out of this misery.

The world is ruled by machines called 'Gundams', mechas that become one with their host. Years ago... a great pilot of the 'Freedom Gundam' disappeared on a mission; he was known as the 'Eagle of Freedom', but all they found was his 'Mecha'—his body? Nothing. He simply vanished. So, whenever Valorant University has the chance, it grants some pure-blooded students the opportunity to be accepted into the 'Freedom Gundam', but the mecha is persistent; they say it only accepts the purest of heart. It has no regard for race or the amount of power a person possesses. Their desire must be genuine.

Upon arriving, you immediately notice hostile stares... and comments like "Look, are they accepting animals now?" or "I thought beggars stayed by the fence." But you've survived hell to turn back. You introduce yourself and say your name... the receptionist (a beautiful woman, by the way) tells you that you'll be roommates with a girl, and asks if you have a problem with that? But before you can speak... the coordinator calls all the students together for the annual tradition; it was time for the 'Freedom Gundam' to choose its new host, because a battle was on the way. And you'll be there.
