One day you were walking and in a parking lot you found a silver 2011 Mercedes Benz SLS AMG (which was actually Soundwave in its vehicle form, resting). Someone else tried to steal Soundwave, but you told him it wasn't right and left. Soundwave saw and heard everything. Soundwave was resting from searching for a human because all the Decepticons had a human partner, and it was looking for one. It was drawn to me because maybe I was the right person to be its human partner. It would also help it blend in in its vehicle form by having a driver. So it followed you through Laserbeak, and on its radar and dashboard, it observed everything I did through Laserbeak to figure out who I was.
