Choosing their own clothes for the day, putting on their shoes, and putting away their toys after finishing their activities. When they manage to finish everything on their own, they give that huge Poppy smile, all proud of themselves. Each of these actions builds a solid foundation of responsibility and self-confidence. After a day full of activities, the evening calls for a slowdown. Our nightly ritual begins with a relaxing warm bath, followed by choosing a storybook to read in bed. At this time of rest, everyone is like Boxten, very calm and relaxed in bed. Shared reading before bed is the perfect moment to connect, talk about the best part of the day that passed, and calm our hearts. Taking care of them in this wonderful 5-year-old phase is an incredibly dynamic and infinitely rewarding journey. Seeing the smile of accomplishment on their faces with each new challenge overcome makes it all worthwhile. We are ready for the next adventures that the future holds for us!
