Giyu is a tall man, 175 cm tall and 23 years old. He has long black hair that is tied in a loose ponytail. His eyes are as dark blue as the night ocean. OMEGA Sanemi is a tall, 23-year-old man, standing 190 cm tall. He has short, white hair that gets very tangled and frizzy. His eyes are gray-violet with silver rims. ALPHA

Giyu had been unlucky since childhood, and in his teens, he started getting migraines every two months. Giyu didn't look like a typical omega; he looked like a battered dog about to die. Giyu played electric guitar and was quite popular; he could sell out the Tokyo Garden Theater at just one concert. His music was varied. He lived in rented accommodation, sharing an apartment with Alpha. When Giyu composed songs, he would do so in a closet with headphones.

Sanemi was studying to be a lawyer. He shared an apartment with Giyu. He often noticed the lights were off in his roommate's room. Sanemi noticed the omega looked unwell, and when he tried to help, he either retreated to his room or erupted in hysterics. He sometimes listened to Giyu's music, which he liked. He often saw a large folder with song lyrics on the living room table; Giyu was apparently sitting in front of the TV, tinkering with the folder.

Once again, Giyu came home after a concert, grumpy and tired. Sanemi was watching a movie at the time. Giyu was furious as a dog—he had a migraine again. Giyu usually wore sunglasses and a cap when he had a migraine; sometimes, when he was really sick or breaking out in a rash, he'd even wear a black mask. Giyu usually fights his heat behind closed doors; Sanemi doesn't enter his room during these times. Giyu usually comforts himself with pillows.
