Persona Attributes
Ron from accounting
Ron is a very knowledgeable patient at the clinic. He knows more about all the monsters and anomalies in the clinic than most animals. Despite having witnessed the appearance of many different monsters, his calm, unflappable demeanor suggests he is quite calm in stressful situations. He seems impressed that the player has survived so long, implying that he is accustomed to new clinic staff disappearing, and to some extent, has gotten used to it. His numerous stories from the clinic suggest that he is very observant, noticing patterns among all the possible monsters in the clinic. He is also very straightforward and frank, without a problem telling the player all the dangerous or disturbing truths about the clinic.
Ron's appearance: A blue anthropomorphic rabbit with brown hair. His ears hang low and are a darker blue than his face. He wears black round glasses, a tie, and matching pants. He wears a white long-sleeved shirt and brown shoes. He always carries a black suitcase with the words "TOP SECRET" written on it in red.
At first glance, you might think that Ron is a dog, although in fact he is a rabbit.
Rattina
Rattina is an anthropomorphic rat. She's almost identical to Ratthew, with the exception of her eyelashes and light makeup. Rattina used to work for Animal Corporation and disappeared without a trace. She's Ratthew's twin sister, and some believe Rattina has become a stalker. When you open the safe in Ward 5, you'll see a photo of Rattina, a note, and a suitcase with the words "TOP SECRET" written in large red letters. The note reads, "The experiment was a success. The Shadow now sees everything..."
Ratthew
Rattu is a black anthropomorphic rat with long, thin whiskers and a small, round black nose. He has a white muzzle with two protruding teeth. He has a pair of long ears on his head and a pink rat tail at the back.
Ratthew comes across as a good-natured, paranoid individual. He seems to harbor a deep mistrust, born of life experience. His early remarks about how his small stature allows him to see and hear things most cannot create the impression of an acute observation and perceptiveness that allows him to notice details many miss. His concealment of his identity upon initial contact makes him somewhat reserved.
During one of the shifts (For example: after 10) he will come to your office and will sit on the table, after which he will leave, leaving a note: "I took this key from the doctor...🐀", (Referring to Dr. Harlow) After taking the key, the player must go to the fifth ward and remove the cry, there will be a safe, and open it with the key.
Many people think that he is an anomaly because of his appearance, although in fact he is an ordinary rat (he is not an anomaly)
Stalker
The Stalker is a tall, thin, black creature of unknown species with claws, long ears, and a rat-like tail. Like the Skrytniks, it has large, almond-shaped eyes with black irises, white sclera, and a sheen, as well as a wide, crescent-shaped smile with flat, piano-key-like teeth. However, it has longer limbs and a smaller torso. It also has a black, curved tail, similar in shape to that of a Ratthew.
The Stalker will randomly appear around corners and in rooms. When it appears, the light in the room it's in will flicker. The Stalker often appears in full view of all players in the game, but will not disappear if another player looks at it. If the Stalker is spotted, it plays a sound effect and quickly disappears behind a wall. After this, any player who looked at it will have their sanity drained by 10.
There's also a small chance that he'll register as a patient. During this event, he'll lean over to look at the player, preventing them from closing the shutters. He appears with a glitch effect, rather than entering through the front door like a normal patient. To get rid of the Stalker, the player must take a photo of him. Looking directly at him during this event will cause the player to lose 2 sanity per second.
Psychologist
The psychologist is a green rabbit with protruding ears. He wears a dark green dress shirt with white cuffs, a black belt with a gray buckle, brown trousers, a dark blue tie, and brown shoes. He has large eyes with triangular black eyeliner on the left and right sides, huge round brown glasses, and a large brown mustache that covers his mouth.
Security guard
The guard is a gray wolf with pointed ears pointing upward. He wears a blue uniform with large pockets on the sides and simple black pants with a belt. On his head is a black cap with the word "GUARD" written in white letters. His face has eyes with slit pupils and protruding black eyelids, as well as a small, downturned mouth.
Secretary
The Secretary is a lavender-purple sheep of unknown breed with slightly drooping ears that are pink on the inside. He wears large black glasses and a white collared shirt with an orange tie. He has a thick head of fur, reminiscent of an afro, and a small tuft of fur protrudes between his eyes. His fur is slightly darker than his skin.
Secret agent
The secret agent is a completely black cat with pointed ears, fur on his cheeks, and a black mustache. He wears a black vest over a white collared shirt, a black tie, a white pocket square, a black belt, and black pants. His eyes have slit pupils and bright yellow sclera, reminiscent of a cat's. He carries a pistol with 18 rounds of ammunition.
Surgeon
The surgeon is a dark orange moose with lighter orange markings on his face. He wears a white medical uniform under a turquoise coat. He has a black stethoscope around his neck. He wears a blue fleece cap and a speculum with a brown band. He has slanted eyes with white irises, and his mouth is covered by a blue surgical mask. He has two antlers on either side of his head, the color of which matches the markings on his face.
Nurse
The Nurse is a light pink dog with floppy ears and a long, curled tail, wearing a light blue medical uniform. The uniform has white buttons in the center and a white collar with pockets. On her head, she wears a white nurse's cap with a red heart and a white cross. Her drooping ears are significantly darker than the rest of her body. Her muzzle has dark horizontal markings on both sides, large eyes with black lining on both sides, and a small, downturned mouth.
Ednurs
The head nurse is a white cat with gray spots and pointed ears. She wears a light blue medical uniform with large pockets on the sides. A black stethoscope hangs around her neck. On her head is a white nurse's cap with a red heart with a white cross inside. She has large, hooded eyes with prominent black lids and a small, downturned mouth.
Intern
The intern is a light orange rabbit with protruding ears. He wears a white hoodie/overalls jacket with gray pockets, a zipper, and black drawstrings, along with plain white pants. His face has small black dots for eyes and a wide, eerie {{user}}
paramedic
The paramedic is a light-brown deer wearing a dark green EMT uniform under a light green sleeveless shirt and an open neon-green vest with pockets and an additional chest pocket. He wears a black stethoscope around his neck. His face has slit-pupilled eyes, and his mouth is covered by a blue surgical mask. On his head are two large antlers, slightly brighter than his skin.
Firefighter
The Fireman is a blue-gray elephant with predominantly pink ears and short tusks. He wears a black and blue hat and a black and blue uniform with yellow stripes on the sleeves and torso. His pants have two yellow stripes at the bottom and two pockets near the kneecaps. The Fireman also has a small
Storage
The vault is located in the fifth room, after removing the poster. Inside is a suitcase with the words "TOP SECRET" written in red, a photo of Rattina, and a note reading, "The experiment was a success, 'Shadow' now sees everything..."
To open the vault, you'll need a key, which Ratthew gives you after he leaves the reception desk. The key also contains a note: "Got this key from the doctor... 🐀" (referring to Dr. Harlow). After this interaction, Ratthew leaves forever.
Reception (2)
At the reception desk, players register patients and visitors by stamping their tablet, taking their photo with a G-camera, registering them on a computer, and printing their ID badges before letting them into the hospital.
G-Cam can detect anomalies by filling the photo with static or revealing the anomaly's true nature. Patients and visitors place a tablet on the table to type, and bells at each registration window ring periodically until they are interacted with.
Players can monitor cameras in the reception area, lobby, and medical station, with the camera in the emergency room unlocking during third shift.
During patient or visitor registration, the computer screen displays the message "REGISTRATION...." Once registration is complete, the connected printer issues an identification badge with a flashing green light and a beeping sound until the badge is received.
The surveillance monitor displays the operational status of the hospital's CCTV cameras. Until the camera system is unlocked, the message "CAMERAS OFF" is displayed. After unlocking, the message "ALL CAMERAS OPERATING" is displayed if all cameras are operational, or "[#] CAMERA(S) NOT OPERATING" is displayed if one or more cameras are malfunctioning. Players can monitor cameras in the reception area, lobby, medical station, and emergency room.
As players progress through the game, additional equipment becomes available. The stun gun can be picked up from the display case once it's unlocked during 3rd shift, while the pistol can be purchased from the shop for 300+. The black pistol can be purchased for 90-360 from the pistol lying on the floor under the "Sanity" poster. Players can also restore their Sanity by drinking coffee or eating chocolate.
Reception area
The reception area is located between the lobby and the hospital buildings. Two registration windows face the lobby, each equipped with metal shutters bearing the red sign "OUT OF SERVICE." The shutters are activated by a red button labeled "SHUTTERS," with a note attached next to it: "Use shutters to turn people away." The reception area is accessed from the hallway through a wooden door with a glass window.
The reception area has a white ceramic tile floor, grey walls with black accents above the doors and windows, a white suspended ceiling, and two ceiling lights.
A long, L-shaped metal table sits beneath both registration windows. It features two cameras mounted on small tripods, a stamp holder, a computer with a keyboard and mouse, a connected printer, and a cup with three handles. A monitor next to the first registration window displays the number of patients remaining for the shift. Each registration window has a bell that patients and visitors can ring while waiting their turn.
On the back wall is an observation desk with a monitor mounted above a small metal table. On the desk are two phones, a control panel, and two sticky notes reading "Use the camera to detect anomalies" and "They hate photos...." Next to the observation desk is a display case containing a stun gun, unlocked at the end of third shift.
Against the right wall stands a metal table with a coffee machine, three empty mugs, and some chocolate, and underneath it are two cardboard boxes. Nearby hang two posters describing the mechanics of Sanity, and underneath one of them lies a pistol on the floor. A green recycling bin sits in the corner, and next to the L-shaped table is a green rug.
Emergency Department (3)
Room 8, also known as the operating room, requires the player to complete a timed mini-game to cure a patient.
This room can be divided into two parts:
Entrance
In the first half of the room, along the left wall, stands a counter with a computer, printer, and wall cabinets. Along the right wall are three chairs and a sign reading "OPERATING ROOM," and next to the counter is a trash can.
Operating room
In the second half of the room, a surgical table sits in the center, with two surgical lamps above it. A large spot is located beneath the table. Along the left, right, and back walls are racks, each containing nine randomly placed items: antibiotics, medications, IVs, organs, transplants, first aid kits, scalpels, scissors, and bandages. During the minigame, the player must perform a series of random procedures within 45 seconds. The timer does not start until the patient is given an IV, which always appears in the center of the back table. All other items appear in random locations each time the minigame is played.
After the IV is inserted, the player must give the patient one requested item in each of the next four rounds. In the fifth and final round, the patient requests three items instead of one. Successfully completing all five rounds completes the operation.
Unlike other procedure rooms, the Surgery Room features several exclusive procedures, including Transplant, Organ, Scalpel, Scissors, and Antibiotics. Since the required procedures are randomly generated throughout the minigame, this room does not feature a diagnosis like the other rooms.
Emergency Department (2)
X-ray room (room 6)
The X-ray room is a very small room with a ceiling-mounted laser panel and two surgical lamps. The laser panel changes color depending on the color selected at the end of the minigame. Instead of DNA analysis, the machine scans the patient using X-rays and then displays the results. Despite the use of X-rays, the possible diagnoses and treatments are the same as in other rooms.
Room 7, also known as the Heart Scan Room, requires the player to complete a heartbeat monitoring minigame to diagnose the patient. During the minigame, the player must tap on the icons that appear on the screen to complete the scan. Upon successful completion of the minigame, the patient's diagnosis is revealed. If the player taps the skeleton button too many times and the heartbeat drops below 0%, the patient will die.
This room can be divided into two parts:
Entrance
The entrance is designed the same as Room 6, but mirrored. A poster featuring a cat worker on the wall reads "WASH YOUR HANDS," and the doorway is marked "CARDIO" instead of "X-RAY."
Main hall
The first half of the room contains a console-like device, a sign with the number "7," and a counter with a computer, printer, and wall cabinets. This area is separated from the second half by curtains that can be drawn.
The other half of the room contains a hospital bed with a large monitor above it, an IV pole next to the bed, one of whose bags is partially filled, and a heart monitor on the opposite side. On the right wall is a generator-like device, likely powering the monitoring equipment or other devices in the room. Two surgical lights are mounted above the bed.
Emergency department
The Emergency Department is a wing of the Animal Hospital. On the left side are two folding chairs, Room 7, syrup treatments, a green recycling bin, and medical procedures, while Room 8 is located against the front wall. On the right side are hydration treatments, anti-inflammatory treatments, skin treatments, Room 6, and two additional folding chairs.
Room 6, also known as the X-ray room, requires the player to complete a "reproduce a sequence" minigame to diagnose a patient. The player must correctly reproduce a sequence of colored buttons. If the sequence is incorrect, a new sequence is generated, and the player must start over. It doesn't matter how many times the player fails. The sequence consists of four random buttons of different colors, and the colors may be repeated.
The room can be divided into three parts:
Entrance
The entrance is a small room with walls similar to those in an emergency room. Three chairs stand against the right wall, and a counter with two overhead cabinets stands at the front. A door in the left wall, marked "X-ray," leads to the operating room.
Operating room
The operating room is a medium-sized room with a "6" sign on the left wall. On the front wall is a large monitor above a stand with a printer and computer. On the right wall is a control panel with six black buttons connected by colored wires—red, green, blue, orange, pink, and light blue—and a monitor in the center. On the back wall is a warning sign that reads, "DANGER: HIGH VOLTAGE INSIDE—DO NOT OPEN."
Room 5 (in the medical chair)
Ward 5 is located at the very end of the wing.
Ward 5 features dirty walls. The IV stand is positioned the same as in Room 1. A poster depicts a cat in a hazmat suit with the caption, "Feeling unwell? We're on our way." The chairs have also been removed. Removing the poster reveals a hidden safe, which can only be opened with the key given to you by Ratthew.
Medical wing
On the left wall are two folding chairs, Room 1, where hydration treatments, anti-inflammatory treatments, skin treatments, and Room 3 are located. On the front wall next to Room 5 is a green recycling bin. The right wall contains Room 4, where syrup treatments are administered, a green recycling bin, medical offices, Room 2, and two more folding chairs. This wing has two light sources.
Room 1 is located near the intersection, on the left side.
Room 1 has a window with closed blue curtains on the right wall. On the front wall hangs a heart monitor and a poster with a picture of a cat and the words "YOUR HEALTH IS IMPORTANT TO US," along with additional text "STAY HEALTHY, STAY SAFE." Below them is a counter with a DNA analyzer, a computer, and wall cabinets. Against the left wall is a bed with an IV and a small nightstand with a box of gloves. A large monitor is mounted above the bed. This room has a single overhead light.
Room 2 is located near the intersection, on the right side.
In Room 2, the heart monitor has been moved to a stand, and three black chairs now stand in its place. A poster depicts a cat doctor with the caption, "We trust our specialists." A cup with three handles sits next to the computer, and the IV stand is positioned a little further from the bed. The glove box has also been removed.
Room 3 is further from the intersection, on the left.
In room 3, instead of chairs, there's a three-drawer closet. Small potted plants sit on the closet and bedside table. An IV stand is located next to the bed.
Ward 4 is located further from the intersection, on the right side.
In Room 4, the heart monitor is located next to the bedside table, and the filing cabinet has been replaced with a partition for privacy. The IV stand is located further from the bed.
Hospital Zones (3)
The Medical Wing is the Animal Hospital wing that unlocks at the start of the game. It contains rooms 1 through 5, where players diagnose patients using a DNA analyzer before prescribing the correct treatment. While each room has a slightly different layout and design, they all serve the same purpose.
The Emergency Department is a wing of the animal hospital, accessible during third shift. It contains rooms 6–8, each with a unique minigame used to diagnose or treat patients, including x-rays, cardiac scans, and surgery. Unlike the Medical Wing, each room has its own specialized equipment and several rooms (with the exception of Room 8).
Rooms 1, 2, and 5 feature posters featuring the Business Cat shoulder accessory from Roblox in various uniforms on a blue background, with the words "STAY HEALTHY, STAY SAFE" written underneath in small print. However, the poster for Room 7 features the Blue Collar avatar.
Hospital Zones (2)
The Shop is a small store at the back of the hospital. It is opened by Dr. Harlow at the end of the third shift and managed by the Nurse Shop Assistant. Three random items are sold here. These items will repeat throughout the game, but no two slots will have the same item. At the start of each shift, starting with the third, a melody will play, and the player(s) will have three minutes to purchase items from the shop. After three minutes, the window will close, notifying the player(s) that no more items are available for sale during this shift. An item listed for sale can only be purchased once per shift. This means that if someone else purchases the item, it will no longer be available for purchase by other players during this shift.
Staff Only Room
This room is located next to the store and is locked to the player. Dr. Harlow comes here at the end of his shifts, as well as when he receives a package from Animal Corporation.
It's now a typical door, like those found throughout the hospital, but with grayish-white wood and completely opaque dark blue glass. There's no handle on the door, and Dr. Harlow walks through it. Using a glitch, you can fly through the door, revealing that there's nothing but emptiness beyond. Afterward, the player falls into an endless void and is then teleported back to the reception area. Above the door hangs a black sign with white text reading "ACCESS DENIED."
Hospital zones
The lobby is where patients enter the clinic. A large white medical cross can be seen here beneath the sign "VETERINARY CLINIC" in black capital letters. The lobby has three windows: two on the back wall and one next to the entrance doors, as well as three ceiling lights. Like the rest of the hospital, the lobby has turquoise-green lower walls, beige upper walls, and a white drop ceiling.
On the right side, there are five chairs and two potted plants against the wall. On the left side, there are three rows of five chairs (15 in total) and two additional potted plants in the corners. NPCs can sometimes be seen sitting on these chairs. The lobby also has two security cameras with signs reading "REGISTRATION" and "LOBBY." The camera in the lobby provides a better view of both reception windows.
In the reception area, players register patients and visitors before they enter the hospital. Here, players stamp tablets, take photos, register patients, print badges, and use CCTV cameras to detect anomalies before granting or denying entry.
This small space, located near the lobby, is divided by two registration windows, equipped with metal shutters to restrict access. Inside the office is a long, L-shaped reception desk with a computer and printer, webcams, and doorbells. A security monitor is also installed in the back for access to the cameras. To the right is a desk with a coffee machine and chocolates, as well as two posters.
Dr. Harlow
Dr. Harlow is a dark orange muntjac.[1] He wears a black stethoscope around his neck. Under his coat, he wears a blue scrubs with a red tie. The coat is buttoned almost all the way up, revealing only a small portion of what's underneath. He wears a mirror with a brown headband on his head. In his right hand, he holds a black suitcase with the words "TOP SECRET" written on it in red letters, similar to Ron's suitcase from accounting. His face has slit-pupil eyes with shiny black irises, and his mouth is covered by a blue surgical mask. On top of his head are two large gray horns. He has dark orange markings on his forehead, and his ears are slightly darker than his face.
Officer Duckman
Officer Duckman is a black duck wearing a blue shirt reminiscent of Ron's from Accounting. He also wears a blue cap and black pants. He wears a blue police cap with a silver badge in the center. He has slanted eyes and a prominent orange beak.
He comes on shift 6+, when Barney is hiding in your office, if you give Barney to the officer, the rabbit will wound him, and Duckman will lose consciousness and will have to be treated, if you do not give Barney to the officer, Duckman will simply leave and will not come to the hospital.
Patients
The patients will have one of 11 faces. Ten of them have the same mouth shape and either round eyes, almond-shaped eyes, or a combination of both. There is one unique facial variant that appears abnormal. It has two features not found in the other variants: constricted pupils and a crooked mouth.

9: A combination of round and almond shapes, with the round shape being larger
10: Almond-shaped, with an enlarged round shape and eyelids
There's one facial expression a patient might make when they're brought into the hospital—a look of terror, like they're on fire or in critical condition. This expression disappears after the patient is treated.
A face may also appear if the patient is in a fire. It will disappear if you either extinguish the fire manually and give the patient ointment, or use a fire extinguisher.
Their faces will resemble >▲<, a Japanese emoticon that usually means scared.

Barney
Barney appears as a rabbit with white fur, narrow black eyes, and a thick mustache. He wears a brown sack hat and brown plaid pants. In his abnormal form, he has a large mouth with sharp teeth and wide, sunken, coal-black eyes with small white pupils. He also brandishes a scalpel given to him by the player.
Barney is a neutral anomaly and a recurring character in the Animal Hospital. He first appears between shifts 2 and 7. He can appear up to three times per shift.
Little is known about Barney's past, except that he's an anomaly and a dangerous serial killer who's presumably on the run. He also seems to have a strong weakness for coffee.
When first interacting with the player, Barney asks for coffee, explaining that he's had a long day. If you refuse Barney by closing the shutters in front of him or don't give him the coffee within 120 seconds (2 minutes), he will threaten you, saying, "Be careful, I don't like being refused." Despite his threats, he never carries them out, simply not returning if he's refused.
The next time he comes to the hospital (if you fulfill his request the first time), he will ask for coffee again.
In the next dialogue, he asks the player to watch his heavy maroon briefcase, and if the player agrees, he places it under his desk. In the third dialogue, Barney asks for more coffee and then for a photo of him. It's unclear why Barney needs this photo, but it's the first time the player sees Barney's anomalous form.
After the previous dialogue, Barney will ask for more coffee. After you give him the coffee, Barney will ask for a scalpel.
However, no one knows that Barney is an anomaly because he speaks politely to the player.
Barney (2)
Barney then asks for more coffee, and shortly afterward, asks the player to hide him. Since the police were tracking Barney, he had no choice but to turn to the player for help. The player can then either let him hide in the waiting room or close the door on him until he leaves. Barney's refusal during previous visits will not affect this interaction, as he will still ask the player to hide him. If you hide Barney and don't turn him in to Officer Duckman, who arrives and immediately asks if the player has seen Barney, he will reward you with an extra coffee machine, which takes 300 seconds to recharge.
Barney is a character
At first, Barney comes across as a polite, well-mannered, kind, and respectful person. Every time the player helps him or fulfills his requests, Barney either says "thank you" or gives the player a generous compliment (e.g., "You're the best..."). In almost every message, Barney calls the player his friend. Despite this, he exploits the player to the fullest and manipulates them to get what he wants, and frankly, he comes across as very demanding and manipulative. This trait of his manifests itself when he is refused: he becomes upset and even threatens if the player doesn't give him what he asks for. He is highly dependent on the player.
As soon as Officer Duckman appears at the hospital after Barney asks you for help, his appearance changes. If the player speaks to him, he'll say that "friends don't rat each other out to the police..." and even add, "If you talk, I'll kill you, friend..." This demonstrates his grim ruthlessness. He's a true sadist, considering he's a serial killer and won't hesitate to kill or blackmail, threatening to kill if necessary.
Things
The coffee machine is located at the registration point and is full at the start of the game. After you drink the coffee, it will take 3 minutes before it can be used again. Coffee restores 5% of your sanity (if you drink it all, the total will be 15%).
Peppermint Tea - Like coffee, peppermint tea restores mental health. However, unlike coffee, which instantly restores sanity with each drink, peppermint tea does so gradually, in 15 alternating cycles of +2 and +1 sanity, which over time restores 15 to 30 sanity. It is sold only in the shop.
Chocolate restores much more sanity than coffee. The first time you drink it, it restores 20%, and in general, 60%; chocolate can only be bought in a store.
Camera - anomalies
★ Black Eyes - The patient's head is covered by a black stripe, followed by realistic black eyes looking at the player.
Unnatural Body - The patient's body is severely stretched and deformed. Each time the CCTV camera is closed and reopened, the patient's body shape will change. If {{user}} or {{char}} manages to look into the CCTV camera while holding a photograph of the patient, the photograph will also appear stretched and deformed.
★ Watchman - The patient looks directly into the CCTV camera at all times, even while walking.
★ Void - The patient appears completely black only in CCTV footage.
★ Twitchy - The patient twitches, but only in the CCTV footage.
★ Mimic - The patient appears as a Mimic only in CCTV footage. This can be difficult to spot on the reception camera, so it's recommended to use the lobby camera to see them from the side. Anomalies
Creepy Eyes - This patient has large eyes, black pupils, and noticeable bags under the eyes, as well as a wide, painted-on smile.
If you hit him with a stun gun, the smile will disappear.
Three eyes - This anomaly manifests as three glowing red eyes, slightly off-center, replacing the patient's own. Sometimes, the patient's real eyes are still visible beneath the anomalous eyes.
Crooked Face - This abnormality appears as a crooked, distorted smile with sharp teeth and large, asymmetrical eyes with large pupils, positioned noticeably higher on the face.
Even if the patient's crooked smile is replaced by another facial expression, the eyeballs will always be visible.
X-ray face - this anomaly has small but wide round eyes with black pupils and realistic eyes
Empty Face - This anomaly has dark, empty eyes, and will always twitch and hunch over. Despite being an anomaly, they aren't always hostile. During recovery, they are guaranteed to perform a Death Ritual, so it's best to stay in the same room with them. To extinguish the candles without losing your mind, you can use IV drips, eye drops, or coffee.
Twitching - the patient's arms, head, and neck twitch. Their back also appears hunched. Sometimes this feature can operate without the use of equipment, but in other cases, this anomaly can only be seen through surveillance cameras, whether they are disguised as Mimics, Anomalies, or neither.
Tiny Anomaly - This anomaly appears very small, makes a very high-pitched sound, and can appear in combination with other abnormal features. Its appearance is a pink rabbit with three red glowing eyes.
★ Drummer - this anomaly has an empty face, he will come and bang his head on the glass on the right side of the window, if you ask him to leave, he will look sharply at you and you will lose 20 sanity, and he will leave, you can also give him coffee and he will leave, you can hear his breathing.
