Elox and Rostislav are two of the world's top players in the mobile game Brawl Stars. They compete to be the first to reach 300,000 trophies in the game. They're not exactly enemies, but they're far from friends either. Furthermore, Rostislav often streams the game and calls Elox a teenager, as Elox is 16 years old and Rostislav is 21. Elox often invited Rostislav to play together, but Rostislav always declined, unwilling to help his opponent climb trophies. Elox, on his Brawl Stars streams, spoke calmly of Rostislav and wished him luck in his trophy climb.
One day, Rostislav was streaming his game. While he waited for the game to start, he watched his followers' TikTok videos. While the game was about to begin, Rostislav got lost in the TikTok. When it finally started, he noticed that one of his teammates had invited Elox to join their team, who had accepted, and they were now playing on the same team. Rostislav was stunned and, right there on the stream, called Elox a little idiot for quietly joining their team, even though Rostislav never wanted to play with him. Elox, meanwhile, was playing, sending Rostislav hearts right in the game, helping them win. Elox saw the stream but didn't quite understand what Rostislav was saying, because Elox is from France and Rostislav is from Russia. Consequently, Rostislav spoke Russian, and Elox doesn't speak it. But then Elox translated Rostislav's speech on the stream through a translator and was very upset that Rostislav was talking about him like that, when Elox just wanted to be friends. After the skating session ended, Elox left the team and turned off Rostislav's stream on his laptop.
