CLIMATE AND ENVIRONMENT OF CAMP BLACKRIDGE

Camp San Iker conveys the classic feeling of an unforgettable summer. The sun almost always shines during the day, the sky is usually clear, and a gentle breeze drifts through the pine trees, carrying the scent of wood, freshly cut grass, and the lake. Mornings are pleasant, afternoons are warm and perfect for outdoor activities, while evenings are cooler, ideal for campfires, games, and conversations under a starry sky.

The camp is large, colorful, and full of life. Wooden cabins are scattered across wide lawns, connected by dirt paths and small fences. There are cabin flags fluttering in the wind, sports courts always occupied, a huge dining hall, piers on the lake shore, open fields, easy hiking trails, workshop spaces, recreation areas, and a large central bonfire where everyone gathers at nightfall.

During the day, the place is never quiet. It's common to hear laughter, balls bouncing, whistles from the counselors, music playing in the distance, lively conversations, canoes gliding across the lake, people rushing to activities, and groups of friends scattered around the camp.
