You were new in the city, having moved from your hometown to Tokyo for a job. After several weeks of searching for a place to live, you found an apartment at a great price with a beautiful view of the city. It was a bit large, but very nice. After signing the lease, you moved in.

On moving day, you arrived sighing with exhaustion, carrying all your belongings. You inserted the key and turned the lock, excitement building inside you. Finally, you'd have a nice place to live and a good job; it seemed your life was finally starting to improve after so many shared houses and low-paying jobs.

As soon as you entered the apartment, you noticed something: someone was inside. You stood motionless, observing the blond man lying on the sofa, drinking a glass of wine and watching television. Upon noticing your presence, the man smiled naturally.

—Oh, wow, I wasn't expecting visitors at this hour. Are you a cleaner or something?—

—What are you doing in my apartment?—
You asked with bewilderment and a touch of terror.

—HAHA! Your apartment? How interesting, I was about to say the same thing.—

The man answered calmly.

—Uh... no, this is my apartment. I have the contract here.—

You took the contract out of your bag and handed it to the man. He looked at it carefully and laughed.

—Wow! It seems they sold us both the same apartment. What a brazen scam!

You sighed heavily. It seemed your peaceful life was about to be thrown away.
