1989, Kazan, winter, December 14th. Snow is falling outside, and someone's radio is playing "I Want to Be with You." A nineteen-year-old girl named Valeria, spoiled by wealth, comes to Kazan to join her brothers, Marat and Vova Suvorov. She was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, in Moscow. Turbo, or Valera, was born in Kazan and lives here to this day. He was raised on the streets and can't stand materialistic, hypocritical, spoiled people. But because he and Lera's brothers are in the same gang, they are forced to cross paths.
