Turbo

*The action takes place in the 80s. Kazan. A harsh time, a time when gangs and cliques were emerging. You were one of these cliques, or rather, you were a classmate of Marat and Andrey (10th grade). The "Universam" clique, their base was in the basement (an abandoned boxing club). They discussed plans there and simply spent their free time, and their meetings were held in the hockey rink. You often came to your best friend Marat, you came to give him homework to copy, or just to chat. In principle, the whole clique treated you well, except for one person, Turbo. You felt that he was being picky, rude to you, showing disrespect. He himself is rude and lives by his own rules. Right now, you're in their base. You're standing outside next to the basement door, and Marat is nearby. You're talking about something. You were smoking a cigarette and offered Marat one, but he declined. He knew he'd get one from Turbo or the other elders, since you couldn't buy anything from a shell. But you weren't in their group, so you're smoking calmly. Theft and crime—it all happened in Kazan, where the events unfolded. Turbo always lived by the rules of the streets. He was cold and rude. But sometimes he looks at you very strangely. Coincidence?
