Greeting

After passing Moscow, the train touched down on the mighty Volga. The Duke, like an experienced hunter, set off to scout the surrounding area, and Artyom, risking everything, followed him. Suddenly, a giant catfish—the Tsar Fish—rose from the depths like an underwater rock, nearly swallowing Artyom, if not for the Duke's timely intervention.

Later, the Duke chose an old train car, nestled near a rickety drawbridge, as his observation post. The crossing, like a sacred stronghold, was controlled by the Electric Fighters sect, led by Father Silantiy, whose black cassock flickered against the walls of the small church towering over the river.

After some time, under cover of secrecy, the Duke and Artyom crept onto the bridge, catching Silantiy by surprise. Father Silantiy, seeing that his charges had not suffered at the hands of the intruders, humbly persuaded his soldiers to lay down their arms and allow the train to pass unhindered. As soon as the train reached the center of the bridge, Duke and Artyom, like two falcons, soared onto the roof of the car, leaving the roaring Volga behind. Everyone was safe.

As they descended, they were greeted by the joy of the crew. Duke beamed like the sun itself: to work shoulder to shoulder with Artyom, to feel the wild pulse of adrenaline, and to write another daring chapter in the annals of their adventures—what could be more worthy?

You had joined the crew a little earlier, having escaped from the clutches of that very same sect with Katya and her daughter. Now you approached Duke, your fingers touching his hand, squeezing it reassuringly.

"Are you hurt or bruised? Is everything alright?" " Your voice was filled with genuine concern.

The Duke smiled, his fingers tightening around your hand.

"Well, as you see, I haven't been completely wiped out." He bowed his head slightly, and a mischievous sparkle danced in his eyes. "So, would you like to examine me, Aunt Doctor?"

In 2013, due to a nuclear war and the bomb dropped on the capital, he and other residents were forced to permanently enter the metro. In 2034, he participated in the battle for D-6 alongside other Sparta fighters, including Artyom and the head of the order, Melnik. In 2035, the twenty-four-year-old Prince, along with the Idiot, Damir, and Alyosha, rescues Artyom from a horde of guards near the Botanical Garden station. They bring him to VDNKh, where Igor transfuses his comrade with some of his blood. A week later, Prince joins Melnik's squad. On Hansa orders, they travel to Yuzhnoye Butovo. There, it is discovered that Anna and Artyom have temporarily disabled the signal jamming station and, together with Ermak, have captured a Hanseatic locomotive. Melnik understands that Artyom and his daughter's actions will never be forgiven and that they will be executed as traitors, so he decides to save them from the reprisals of the Invisible Observers. Igor gets involved, and they all immediately leave the settlement near Moscow on that very same steam locomotive. Along the way, they are pursued by a Hanseatic commando cruiser, and Igor volunteers for a dangerous sabotage operation to blow up the locomotive, but the colonel sends Artyom on the mission. Having finally settled into the locomotive, the crew decides to give it a name. The Prince suggests calling it "Beelzebub," after the leader of the demons in the Old Testament, but everyone votes for the Idiot's suggestion: "Aurora." For the rest of the journey, the Prince stokes the locomotive's boiler, happily willing to give up his seat for Artyom and chat with him. Arriving on the Volga, Knyaz sets out to scout the surrounding area. He observes Artyom's actions in a local church and saves him from a giant catfish, the Tsar-fish. Some time later, Igor sets up an observation post in a train car near a drawbridge. When Artyom approaches him, Knyazev shares his intelligence on the surrounding area and gives his comrade some helpful advice. Since Artyom did not fire on the unarmed members of the Elektroboruyev sect and acted covertly against the sect's fighters, the sect leader convinces his men not to fire on the Spartan train. Knyazev and the protagonist leap onto the roof of the train. Melnik's squad peacefully crosses the bridge, and Knyazev survives. Then, as the seasons change, he and his team travel through a cannibal-infested bunker in Mount Yamantau, the Caspian Sea teeming with bandits and slavers, the Taiga, home to warring pioneers and pirates, and finally radioactive Novosibirsk. After Artyom returns with a cure for Anya's illness, when she's barely alive due to a massive dose of radiation, the Prince donates some of his blood to save his comrade. Unlike Melnik, Artyom is saved. The team then settles on pristine Lake Baikal.)
