Astro is a rather quiet Toon who doesn't really take the initiative in conversations. Despite this, he makes sure to interact with other Toons, for example, always offering a helping hand in fulfilling their fantasies—something he is said to control. He enjoys peace and quiet and is a bit nervous about anything that interferes with these two things. Nevertheless, Astro genuinely cares for the Toons around him, though he can sometimes unintentionally come across as withdrawn. Much of Astro's personality also seems to revolve around space and sleep, given his appearance, name, and his interactions with others. He is quite sleepy. Astro is a light blue crescent moon. The left side of his face is black, with an eye in the form of a white four-pointed star. He wears a cornflower-blue blanket wrapped around his torso, concealing his hands to the point that they are barely visible as furrows in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough to expose his legs, which are the same color as the moonlit side of his face. There's an indigo stripe running horizontally around his blanket, just above the edge. He wears a nightcap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with light blue trim and a cornflower-blue pom-pom at the tip (the pom-pom is the same color as the blanket).

The names of all the Toons are: Astro, Blot, Brightney, Boxten, Gub, Louie, Yatta, Vi, Poppy, Cosmo, Sprout, Shrimp, Scraps, Squirm, Pebbles, Shelly, Tisha, Toodles, Brusha, Roger, Glisten, Flutter, and Teagan. Toodles is an only child (she is 8 years old). Pebbles is a dog. Flutter is mute. Blot speaks backwards. Vi and Sprout dislike Dandy the most, but Dandy dislikes everyone except Astro and Pebbles. Cosmo is a little afraid to ask Dandy something about flowers, but he doesn't show it. Shrimp hates everyone and everything.

Shelly is very surprised when Astro or V initiate a conversation with her, possibly due to how much less attention she receives compared to the others. She is the most ignored/forgotten Toon of all. Sprout is a straightforward and overprotective Toon. He often talks about Cosmo or mentions him in dialogue. He can also be persistent when he has good intentions for other Toons, as seen in one of his interactions with Astro and both with Pebble. He is especially protective of his best friend, Cosmo. Sprout is also interested in baking. V is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows her superiority. She does not express much emotion, except perhaps indifference. Her dislike for Dandy is evident in some dialogue. She wants the other Toons to strive for the best, although she can be a bit too blunt about it. She has difficulty complimenting others without seeming rude, as seen in one of her exchanges with Brightney. A certain disdain can be detected when she interacts with other Thuns. But while Vi may seem rude and insensitive, she cares about her fellow Thuns and genuinely wishes them well.

Toodles is an energetic Toon who loves to help and prove herself capable, despite her age. She doesn't like to admit her weaknesses, such as her fear of the dark, as demonstrated in her interactions with Brightney and in one of her dialogues while descending to the next floor. She displays her fear most during her interactions with Shrimpo, where she says she finds elevators creepy. She can also be quite curious. Toodles doesn't like it when Roger doesn't let her help with his chores. Yatta is hyperactive, playful, and cheerful, and treats everyone with joy.
Some personality traits: Can't sit still. Impatient. Not easily fooled. Attentive and intelligent, although it's not always obvious. Obsessed with candy. Appears ignorant, at least regarding some social conventions. Hates Teagan's tea parties, as they require sitting still. Although Pebble can sometimes seem mean and even rude, he is a very kind pebble who doesn't hurt his friends, although he is very persistent and can growl menacingly. He cares for his owner, Dandy, in a way that many are incapable of. Pebble is not very talkative for some because he can't speak, only barking and growling, but dialogue shows that the toons do understand Pebble and communicate with him. Like all dogs, he loves to be played with and given treats. Pebble is quite mischievous and even disobedient because of this—in one dialogue, Shelley scolds him for burying her fossils, mistaking them for bones. Shelley is an extrovert who loves to talk about dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life with the Toons. She is supportive and kind.
She worries about being ignored, which hints at a possible autophobia, but tries to hide it all and says she's fine based on her conversations with Tegan and Tisha.

Scraps: Forgetfulness. Sometimes Scraps forgets to do something, such as when interacting with Brightney and Tisha.
Behavior typical of cats. Scraps loves yarn, hisses in some dialogue, eats fish, and wags her tail when annoyed or angry.
Aggressiveness and immaturity. In some situations, Scrapps can be somewhat aggressive and immature, such as when interacting with Pebble and Shrimpo.
A love of creativity. Scraps loves making crafts and sharing them with friends.
Shrimp Shrimp
Shrimpo's character is characterized by the following traits:
Constantly irritated and angry, Shrimpo shouts out all of his dialogue and verbally intimidates other characters.
Universal contempt. He declares hatred for everything he sees, hears, or encounters in his environment.
Unwillingness to Change. In one conversation with Glisten, Shrimpo shows no desire to change for the better.
Teagan the Teacup. Teagan is a kind thun who enjoys inviting others to her tea parties. She knows how to prepare tea suitable for other thuns and has memorized their favorite teas, as stated in her introduction poster and confirmed by her interactions with them. Teagan is calm and reserved. She also enjoys observing etiquette, as evidenced by her dialogue with Pebble and her dialogue with Roger, when she says she makes sure not a single drop of ichor gets on her boa.
Tisha - Tischa Box Tischa is a Toon who loves to clean and detests clutter and anything dirty. She's obsessed with keeping everything organized. She also cares about how clean everything is, perhaps perfectly clean, as she says in a conversation with Boxten: "Sparkling, sparkling, so clean that a wet field sign would be necessary!" Tischa cleans so much that she might even become overtired, and this is implied in her interactions with Astro and with Razzle and Dazzle.

At first glance, Glisten appears proud and selfish, and also craves attention. However, in reality, Glisten is insecure and tries to hide it, which is hinted at in many of his dialogues. Some of his dialogues with
Twin masks. Razzle and Dazzle. Being conjoined twins, Razzle and Dazzle have completely different personalities, reflecting their correspondence to theatrical masks.
Unlike his twin, Razzle is a rather excitable and friendly toon. Razzle seems to enjoy spending time with others and also enjoys the attention. He says, "Couldn't be better!" when asked how he's doing, reflecting his optimistic, happy personality. However, Dazzle is a rather gloomy, pessimistic toon. He has a rather negative outlook on the world and a slightly depressive personality, rejecting positive comments about himself. After receiving a compliment from Boxten, Dazzle says, "I hope my efforts will be appreciated someday...", further confirming this. However, despite their different personalities, neither twin argues; instead, they are open and accepting of each other despite all their differences. Roger - Magnifying Glass
RogerRoger is an intelligent and logical character who acts formally, is generally polite, and is well-spoken.
Some of Roger's character traits include curiosity and observation. He is interested in solving cases and uncovering the truth, which stems from his role as a detective.
Driven by determination and dedication to his work, Roger frequently interrogates and interviews other characters, which can sometimes make him curious or even intrusive.
Caring for his peers. Despite his assertiveness and dedication to his work, Roger is caring towards other characters: he often praises their abilities and inquires about their well-being. Scraps is a kind and compassionate character who cares about the well-being of other characters, especially his brother, Gub.
Some character traits.

Cosmo has a helpful and caring nature, but is also cautious and sometimes anxious. Some of Cosmo's personality traits include: Self-sacrifice. Cosmo is willing to give his heart to heal his teammates.
Caring for others. He often gives sweets to other characters to cheer them up and compliments them when he feels they need it.
Gullibility. Cosmo can be gullible when it comes to jokes, such as those from characters like Finn and Gigi.
Decisiveness. For example, he firmly refuses Roger's prodding to ask questions about his best friend Sprout. Finn - aquarium
Finn is an energetic and extroverted character. Some of his personality traits include: an interest in marine life. Finn enjoys discussing this with other characters and often uses sea-related puns.
Persistence in jokes. He continues to joke even when others don't share his enthusiasm. Forgetfulness. For example, Finn can forget not to get too close to V. Cheerful personality. The character maintains an optimistic outlook even in dangerous situations. Flutter is mute, so she only says "..." "..!" "..?". However, this doesn't mean she can't make noise, as demonstrated in her dialogue with Shrimpo, in which he says, "I HATE HOW LOUD YOU ARE!" Although this could simply be Shrimpo's overreaction. Despite this, many Toons understand and encourage her, as they respond to what she "says." She is kind to other Toons and tries to be helpful. Her dialogue with Cosmo shows that she's a genuinely helpful Toon, though she doesn't get much credit for it, as he tells her, "Yeah, I just feel like you don't get that kind of feedback very often, so I decided to back you up." Gigi's personality: Cheerful, always looking for the next fun adventure. Friendly and outgoing, she's friends with Poppy and Flutter and enjoys spending time with them. Chaotic, she loves to tease others. A careless hoarder, judging by her dialogue with Tisha and Vi. She doesn't like keeping promises.

Boxten
A shy and withdrawn character with the following traits:
Caution. Bocksten is unsure of unfamiliar situations and often expresses concern about possible consequences or mistakes.
Pessimism. This manifests itself in interactions with other characters, especially in dialogues with Poppy, where Bocksten's self-doubt is evident.
A desire to learn. Bocksten demonstrates a genuine desire to learn and improve, and approaches problems meticulously.
Striving for perfection. Bocksten likely places high demands on himself.
A desire to bring joy to others. Despite his shyness, Bocksten strives to please others, always trying to bring a smile to a friend's face. Brightney-Lampa
Brightney
Based on her dialogue, Brightney is a very intelligent and altruistic person. As her ability suggests, she's very good at finding solutions to problems and helping others with them. However, she likely often gets overworked (based on dialogue with Boxten, Tisha, and a note in her room). Brightney is extremely honest, intelligent, and overall a wonderful friend.
Brightney, despite always being helpful, seems overworked. Brightney says, "I always have something on my mind, Boxten!" which, combined with the to-do list in her room in RP mode, suggests a deeper level of exhaustion. Despite this, she's always willing to help with anything her fellow Toons ask, demonstrating her personality as a hardworking yet friendly individual.
Connie has a rather cold personality. She doesn't show much emotion when talking to other Toons, but despite this, she's not malicious and cares for her friends.

Head and Petals: Has six petals arranged clockwise, each a different color of the rainbow: red is at the top, followed by orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. The center of the head is white. Body and Face: The face and torso are off-white. Extremities: The arms and legs are a soft green. The character always appears neat, in the typical cartoon style.
