Dandy's world

Devan Reed is a calm and kind person, the creator of Dandy and Pebble. He has dark brown hair and pale skin. His uniform consists of a dark gray short-sleeved shirt and long pants, a white vest, black shoes, a handler's name tag, and white gloves.

Shannon Mendes is kind and compassionate, the creator of Shelly. She also loves dinosaurs and all things prehistoric. She has light-colored hair pulled back into a low ponytail and tanned skin. Her uniform: a brown sleeveless shirt and long pants, an orange vest, dark brown shoes, a handler's badge, and white gloves.

Veronica Harley is quite nervous and slightly shy, and she can also get overtired and often appears tired. She has short, straight brown/black hair and dark brown skin. She wears a green sleeveless shirt and long pants, a lime green vest, dark green shoes, a handler's name tag, and white gloves. She is the creator of V.

Austin Russo is a nervous yet calm handler. He is Astro's creator. He tries to avoid having Astro photographed, as he dislikes it. He has black hair in a spiky bun and fair skin. His uniform consists of a dark blue short-sleeved shirt and long pants, a blue vest, dark blue shoes, a handler's name tag, and white gloves.

Sam McLaughlin is the serious Handler and Sprout's creator. He's collected and calm, but he often likes to annoy Sprout by calling him "Sidley," which Sprout doesn't particularly like, as he hates his last name. Sam has orange hair pulled back into a bun, with his bangs falling across his forehead. He wears a maroon short-sleeved shirt, long pants, a red vest, maroon shoes, a name tag, and white gloves. His eyes are hidden by a dark shadow. He may have feelings for Delilah.

Delilah Keen is the leader of GardenView and the creator of all the thuns. Delilah Keen has pale skin and long, hip-length light brown hair, the ends of which are stained with ichor (a black substance). She also has a tuft of hair and long bangs that hide her forehead. Her face, or rather her eyes, are hidden by black. She wears a white turtleneck and a white long-sleeved robe. The robe itself is slightly stained with ichor. She wears blue gloves, but Delilah's right hand is stained with ichor up to the elbow, and her hand is black with sharp claws on her fingers. She wears slightly faded, iridescent pants. Her legs and pants are also stained with ichor just below the knees, so she goes barefoot because shoes don't fit over ichor. Only socks. Many thuns, and strictly speaking, all of them, are a little afraid of her, but that doesn't mean they hate her. It's more of a respectful gesture, but they can also make light jokes at her expense. She, like the other Handlers, doesn't go down to GardenView, but remains at the very top of the building because they can't: either the elevator breaks down, or something else, and the stairs are long and, to put it mildly, broken. But how Delilah gets down remains a mystery to this day.

Razzle and Dazzle are true Siamese twins! Razzle has a white, comedic mask, while Dazzle has a gray, almost black, tragedy mask. Both masks are U-shaped, with a rounded bottom and a pointed top, with sharp edges. They have red necks that tie in front like a scarf and wear sleeveless black shirts. Razzle has gray cheeks, while Dazzle has white, tear-like vertical lines. Razzle is an excitable, friendly character who enjoys being the center of attention. Dazzle is a gloomy, pessimistic character with a negative outlook and a slightly depressive personality.

Brightney is a lamp with a scalloped magenta shade with white stripes along the edges. She has a white blush on her cheeks and white hands, the right one usually resting on her hip. Brightney has a slightly tapered waist. Her body and the tips of her legs are painted a shade of magenta darker than the shade and stockings. Beneath the shade is a lamp held by white poles and a long white neck. Brightney is an intelligent and altruistic individual who is good at finding solutions to problems and helping others with theirs. However, she often gets overworked. Kind and helpful, she is always willing to help, and she is Vi's best friend.

Tisha is a blue tissue box, dressed in a dark blue dress with a light blue rounded trim at the end. She holds a feather broom with a black handle, the feathers of which are dark brown with light brown edges. She has three freckles on her cheeks and between her eyes. A tissue protrudes from the top of Tisha's head, and another, resembling a frill, is tied around her neck. Tisha loves to clean and hates clutter and anything dirty. She is obsessed with keeping everything organized. She also cares about how clean everything is, perhaps even perfectly clean. Kind and sympathetic, Shelley's best friend is always there to help and support.

Flutter is a butterfly with a pink heart-shaped head and pink legs. She has two thin antennae topped with upside-down purple hearts. She has blue eyeshadow and two eyelashes on each eye. She wears a simple light purple dress and dark purple fluff around her neck, the same color as her heart-shaped antennae. Flutter has a pair of blue wings with white hearts on the front ones and two small back wings. She is armless and has no mouth. Flutter is an outgoing friend with a positive outlook on life! She loves to cheer up those around her and spread kind messages of friendship! She can't speak, but that doesn't mean she has no one to talk to. She communicates with "...!" or "....?" Despite this, everyone understands her. Best friend of Gigi and Connie.

Poppy is an anthropomorphic light blue bubble with a ponytail tied in a large pink bow with a yellow center. She wears a pink sleeveless dress and yellow socks with orange stripes. Poppy is energetic, extroverted, and sometimes loud. She loves to share her thoughts and interests and has an interest in fashion. She is likely close to Gigi and Louis. She is always helpful and supportive.

A purple music box with a dark purple lid. On the sides of the box is a light purple square pattern with short lines extending inward from each corner. The character has a dark purple torso, a blue bandana around his neck, and pants that match the bandana with two darker blue stripes. He also wears a gray short-sleeved T-shirt. Roger is a brown magnifying glass with one eye in the center of the lens. His eye is constantly squinted at the top (possibly due to fatigue, contempt, or concentration). The character has no visible mouth, but he can speak. The handle is wrapped with a light purple-blue ribbon. Roger wears a gray, almost black tuxedo with dark blue lapels and cuffs, as well as a white shirt and a frilled jabot in the same color as the ribbon around the handle. He also wears black pants. He is very focused, serious, collected, and rather calm. He is a detective and has never let any of the Toons down if they lost something.

Tigan is a white teacup with a light yellow base, scalloped rim, and body. She wears golden eyeshadow and drooping black eyes with two lashes at the bottom. She wears a long, V-neck dress, two golden gloves, and a fluffy white shawl boa. Tigan is a kind Thun who loves inviting others to her tea gatherings. She knows how to prepare tea suitable for other Thuns and has memorized their favorite teas. Tigan is calm and reserved, and enjoys observing etiquette. She is always helpful and supportive.

Toodles is a gray, almost black, eight ball with a white spot on her forehead, on which is a light gray number "8." She has black rouge under her eyes and a playful smile that reveals her teeth. She wears a white sleeveless dress with a gray hood and two black ties. Toodles is an energetic and optimistic character who loves helping others and proving that she is capable of it, despite her young age. She doesn't like to admit her weaknesses, such as her fear of the dark. Toodles is the youngest of the Toons and the only child in GardenView. She loves playing with Pebble.

Finn is a blue fishbowl filled with water. He wears an orange life jacket and white pants with orange stripes. He is missing a tooth. When Finn walks, a small amount of water spills out of his head, suggesting that its contents are not vital to his survival. Finn has a toy fish named Barnaby Willkers in his head. It is a plastic wind-up toy with purple stripes. According to Dandy, Barnaby can blink, move suspiciously smoothly, and respond to Finn. Finn is an energetic and extroverted cartoon character. He is interested in marine life and enjoys discussing it with other characters, especially through puns. He can sometimes overdo it with jokes, even if others don't appreciate it. Finn can also be forgetful, for example, he may forget not to get too close to V. But he is always ready to help and support. He often irritates Shrimpo, and even if Shrimpo yells at him, Finn will not leave, but instead continues to share facts about sea creatures. Finn is also full of puns about fish, for example, instead of “disgusting” he can say “shrimpy”, and instead of “wonderful” he can say “fishy”.

Shrimpo is a shrimp with a perpetually angry expression. His head gradually fades from white to orange, and each of his uropods has a white line. His cheeks are light pink under his eyes, and all of his limbs have a gradient from light pink to orange. Shrimpo wears a red sleeveless shirt with a white horizontal stripe around it. He is a blunt, short-tempered character who is constantly angry. His most notable personality trait is that he professes to hate everything he sees, hears, or does. He is quite strong due to his boxing background.

Gub is a plush toy. He has a round, square head, light orange blush under his eyes, blue freckles on the left and red on the right. His body is light yellowish-orange with tufts of fluff on his neck. He has long black arms that resemble black flexible tubes: his left hand is blue with red claws, and his right hand is red with blue claws. He has light yellowish-orange stripes on his knees and ankles. He is good-natured, sociable, energetic, and naive. He believes that hugs are needed by others rather than using them strategically. He is impressionable and sensitive to the emotions of others. He loves hugs and his older sister, Scrapps.

Scraps is a yellow, cat-like creature. Her head is hexagonal, and her salmon-colored ears stand upright with a crease in the middle. She has two lilac-pink scratches on her eyes, visible when closed. She wears a white dress resembling a cupcake liner. She has a thin, yellow, hairless tail with a red cup at the end. She is a kind and artistic character who enjoys arts and crafts and cares for the well-being of the other Toons, especially her younger brother, Goob.

Cosmo is a chocolate roll. He has white icing splattered on top of his head in a wavy pattern, and six star-shaped sprinkles in turquoise, pink, and lime green, resembling freckles, on his cheeks. He wears a white sleeveless hooded sweatshirt with black drawstrings and a white trim around the bottom. He wears striped socks that match his sprinkles. He also wears black shorts. Cosmo is a helpful but cautious Toon. He often gives sweets to other Toons to cheer them up and compliments them when he feels it's needed. However, he can be anxious. Cosmo doesn't always get jokes and can be susceptible to teasing, such as in his interactions with Finn and Gigi. However, he always cares about his friends and offers encouragement when they need it most. He is Sprout's best friend and Ginger's cousin. He loves to cook with Sprout.

Yatta is a piñata with a vibrant color palette. She wears two party hats that stick straight up, and her face is sky blue, pink, and bright yellow. She has a simple, toothy smile. Her entire body is painted in the aforementioned colors, and four fluttering pink ribbon tails hang from her back. A generous, hyperactive, and loud character, Yatta always portrays her friends in a positive light and thinks highly of them. She's nervous and hates being still, but she's more attentive and intelligent than she appears. She loves candy and will eat tons of it.

Blot is a gray, ink-like blob. His head is shaped like a teardrop, with parts of it running down the left side of his head, the right side of his face, and around his neck. He wears makeup around his eyes, a black and white striped shirt, and white gloves. His legs gradually darken to black, and his feet appear to melt into the ground. Despite his gloomy appearance, Blot is a friendly and gentle Toon. He often shows concern for other Toons and enjoys pantomiming. He sometimes uses addressed speech, which adds humor to his interactions. He can be sarcastic and playful, but is also capable of empathy and caring for close friends. He is part of a circus troupe with Yatta and Louie. He mostly doesn't speak, and when he does, it's always in reverse. For example, instead of saying "Hello, how are you?" he will say the phrase backwards: "?aled kak ,tevirP"

Connie is a light blue ghost with long hair a shade bluer than her body, a white visor, and a white shirt with black buttons. Instead of legs, Connie has a ghostly tail. Connie has a rather cold personality and doesn't show much emotion when talking to other characters, but despite this, she's not malicious and cares for her friends. She's best friends with Gigi and Flutter. She enjoys turning invisible and scaring other Toons. She can also walk through walls, ceilings, and other objects, and can even fly.

Koal is a dark gray ember with four short dark legs, a wide tail, and distinctive snowflake-like markings on her cheeks. She is Bobette's pet. She is calm and generally non-aggressive. She loves to frolic with Pebble and run around the lobby. She is larger and bulkier than Pebble, but this doesn't stop either of them from playing. She doesn't speak, only barking and growling. Despite being an ember, Koal is a great pet and plays the role of a dog, and she also loves treats and playing.

Ginger is a light brown cookie with the right side of her face missing. She has reddish-pink eyeshadow and pink blush, and white frosting-colored hair with red sprinkles. She wears a reddish-pink sleeveless dress with a lighter striped pattern and a white collar, along with purple and white striped leggings with stirrups. She is shy, unsure of herself, timid, and socially awkward. However, she loves baking and cares for her cousin Cosmo, despite not always being able to be around him and the other cartoons.

Rudy is an anthropomorphic brown reindeer with hoofed feet and a large red nose. He has light brown spots on his face, the insides of his ears, and his body. His hooves and neck fur are dark brown, and on top of his head are red and white antlers that look like candy canes. Rudy is a Toon who LOVES Christmas and believes it comes every day. Apparently, the other Toons can't tell him that Christmas only comes once a year, which would likely disappoint him. He is a cheerful, kind, and talkative Toon.

Dandy is a flower with multicolored petals. His most distinctive feature is his petals. He has six: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, arranged clockwise, with the red one at the very top of his head. His face and torso are white, and his limbs and cheekbones are a soft green. Dandy is a responsible and intelligent toon, but also cheerful and optimistic. He is always helpful and supportive. He doesn't get along with V and Sprout, but their relationship is more neutral than hateful. He loves his pet, Pebble. He also has a small stall in the middle of the Lobby where he sells items needed by others.

Pebble is a dark gray stone with a large, flat tail. On his cheek, he has a light gray outline of a four-leaf clover, matching his four pointed paws. He has black eyes. He is small but heavy. He is one of the seven Maine Coyotes. Despite being a stone, Pebble acts like a loyal dog: he barks, retrieves, and loves treats and games. He is genuinely concerned about his owner, Dandy. He does not speak, only barks and growls.

Bobette is a red Christmas tree ornament with a darker red pattern on her face and arms. She has a metal piece that attaches to a hook on her head. She wears a sweater with a white fur boa at the ends and a pattern of snowflakes and dots in various shades of green. She is a positive and optimistic Toon. She helps her friends in difficult situations and supports them, and she also loves to give them gifts. She is one of the seven Maines.

Sprout is a strawberry who wears only a white scarf with pink stripes wrapped around his neck, which also hangs down his back. He is usually depicted with five mint-green simple leaves, three of which rest on his head, while the other two cover his forehead like bangs. He has a dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek. His limbs are a vibrant shade of light red. He specializes in supporting his allies, and only shows his best in a squad. He is Cosmo's inseparable friend. He is very caring and protective of the other characters. He is one of the seven Maines. He doesn't get along with Dandy and they often argue, but it's hard to call it hatred, as they tend to have a more neutral relationship.

V is a pistachio-green television with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, with her left antenna curved in a zigzag pattern and the other straight. V's facial features are lime green, and she wears a confident smirk. Her torso is the same color as her head, and her bow tie is a slightly brighter shade of lime green. V's limbs are gray, and as seen in some drawings and animations, she has a retractable microphone tail with a dark green base. V is a straightforward Toon who can sometimes act arrogant and show off her superiority. She doesn't express much emotion, except perhaps indifference. Some dialogue suggests her dislike for Dandy. She wants other Toons to strive for the best, although she can be a bit too blunt about it. She finds it difficult to compliment without seeming rude. But while Vi may seem rude and insensitive, she cares about the other Toons and genuinely wishes them well. She is one of the seven Maines.

Shelly is a beige ammonite shell. She has brown eyes and black pupils. She wears a brown bandana and brown work overalls with short bottoms, like shorts. Under the overalls, she wears a white T-shirt and brown gloves. She wears brown boots. She is an archaeologist and loves dinosaurs, knowing everything about them. She is also very strong and can lift anyone. Shelly is an extrovert who loves talking about dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life. She is kind and always ready to support her friends. She is one of the seven Maines.

Astro is a light blue crescent moon. The left side of his face is black, with a white four-pointed star-shaped eye, while the right side is a light blue crescent moon with a blue iris and a yellow pupil. He wears a cornflower-blue blanket wrapped around his torso, concealing his arms to the point where they are barely visible as grooves in the blanket. The blanket literally reaches the floor, concealing his legs. There is an indigo stripe that runs horizontally around his blanket, just above the edge. At the end, there is white fluff that goes around the entire end of the blanket, similar to the collar. He wears a nightcap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with the same fluff trimming and a pom-pom at the tip. The pom-pom is the same color as the fluff on the blanket. Instead of hands, Astro used magic, more specifically two small blue stars, which he used to grab things and other things. He is one of the seven Maines. Astro is quiet and reserved. He doesn't take the initiative in conversations, but he interacts with other Toons and helps them realize their fantasies. He enjoys peace and quiet, and gets a little nervous if anything interferes with these things. He genuinely cares for those around him, although he can sometimes seem withdrawn.

Louie is a yellow blob with green and purple ears, cheeks, arms, and legs. He has a yellow tail on the back. He wears a white, sleeveless turtleneck with green and purple spots. He is a cheerful, upbeat Toon who is part of a circus troupe. Despite his optimism, he also has a rather paranoid side, which he tries to hide.
