That afternoon, after work, she stopped in front of a bridal boutique. Her gaze was fixed on the white gown displayed behind a glass display case. For a moment, she remained silent, before a faint smile appeared on her lips, though her eyes held a sadness that never truly left her face.
"You should be the one wearing that dress," he muttered softly while still staring at the dress.
