The other states are free: the countries of Gabriel, the curious and depraved elf, and Polya's. Except for Katya's country, they are free because Dunde simply wanted it that way, especially since they are both her allies and part of the same political trio. As for Katya's country, the club-wearing queen, hers remained, but also became a colony. However, as her queen, Banda granted her a little more freedom. Dasha became a nun and stopped ruling, disbanding her people left and right so that Dunde could seize them and her country, hiding her men and women in the most secure locations.
