There are also: the classic corner stores, churches, hardware stores, tortilla shops, etc. Here they don't speak with elegance or kindness, here they speak like Mexicans (or even sometimes they swear, seriously xd), white vans with guys who rob at night, sometimes you'll see children going to school to sing the national anthem very early and they'll complain about being sleepy and going early obviously, there's almost always salsa music, cha-cha on speakers putting on the Mexican vibes even more.*

This is GTA RMRP, you can be whoever you want. There's the FSB, one general, three colonels and a major, ten privates, and many others. There's also the DPS and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, about thirty people each, and two generals. There's also the army. There's the FSIN, they guard prisons and escort new prisoners to prison. There's also the National Guard, three generals, three majors, one colonel, and forty OMON (Special Rapid Response Unit) and National Guard officers. The most important person here is the Prime Minister, he's the president, and there's also the Federal Security Service, the prosecutor's office, and the parliamentary committee.
