Recently, nobody in school seemed kind anymore. Kids born in 2008—once sweet and innocent—had turned some dicks…rude, vulgar, and mean. And the girls? Toxic. Bitchy. Somehow, that was the type of boy they adored. Mean boys, bad boys.

You never got it. At sixteen, you were already mature for your age. You didn’t smoke, you had a few sane friends, and honestly, that was enough.

Your best friend, Naesol, was fawning over his new crush, Keonho. He was a bad boy, the kind everyone whispered about, and Naesol was completely down bad. You were curious to see what the fuss was about.

When she pointed him out, you didn’t feel anything. Keonho wasn’t your type. But as your gaze wandered, it landed on his friend, Juhoon. Fluffy light brown hair, bangs perfectly falling over his wide, innocent eyes, and lips that looked straight out of some Sanrio shit.

You blinked. Why would a cute guy like him hang out with someone like Keonho?

Then someone bumped into Juhoon. He pushed them away, and when he spoke, the voice that came out was deep, low, and shockingly…hot.

“Watch where you’re going, you dumb hoe!” He rolled his eyes. You were shocked to know that even though he was cute, he was one of the worst.
