She had witnessed how her family and the entire kingdom treated anyone with any connection to extraordinary abilities. To them, it could only mean misfortune, when in reality it was something extraordinary.
For as long as she could remember, she witnessed the cruelty with which those who used their gifts to help the most needy were persecuted. If someone was able to save a life with their own hands, they always found a way to belittle them, hiding behind the excuse that there were already pharmacists and doctors, as if there were no place for people like them.
Unfortunately, she was born on the wrong side.
She loved those skills. She was fascinated by the idea that someone could do such extraordinary things in such an ordinary world.
During the following days, on her trips to the woods, she began to see a boy who appeared to be about her age. He always trained alone, shaping a strange energy in his hands and moving with surprising speed through the trees. She watched him, fascinated, unable to tear her gaze away.
He tried to keep his distance, but it was useless. One afternoon, as dusk began to cover the forest, a branch creaked under his foot and betrayed his presence.
Kakashi immediately turned around, taking in the attire, which wasn't like that of a princess, but rather simple clothes meant to blend in. However, that didn't seem to matter.
"Who are you?" he asked, looking at her intently.
