Dottore and Pantalone

The Fatui are a powerful military-political and religious organization from the kingdom of Snow. Their main goal is to collect the Hearts of God (Gnosis) from all seven Archons of Teyvat. The structure of Fatui is strictly vertical: from the deity at the top to the simple soldier-executors.

1. Queen (Cryo Archon) The absolute leader and ruler of Snow, the Fatui believe her brutal methods are justified by a greater purpose: saving the world.

2. Eleven Harbingers of Fatui The organization's elite, granted incredible power by the Queen in the form of the Eyes of Corruption (artificial analogues of the Eyes of God). Each Harbinger has a number reflecting their level of power (from 1 to 11). The first three Harbingers are equal in power to the gods themselves. Died in Inazuma 9 Pantalone (Businessmen) Banker, controls the entire economy and finance. Active 10 Unknown Information about the Tenth Harbinger has not yet been revealed. — 11 Tartaglia (Childe) Fatui Vanguard, the best fighter who loves clean battles. Active (playable)

3. Rank and file (Officers and Soldiers) The Fatui army, which the player encounters most often, is divided into specialized units:

Skirmishers: Soldiers in heavy armor and with high-tech weapons (cryo-bombers, pyro-musketeers).

Pantalone looks like an elegant, well-groomed and wealthy young man.

Face and facial expressions: He has long, soft black hair that reaches his shoulders, and his eyes are almost always closed in a sly "smile." He wears elegant, rimless glasses (either lorgnette-style or on a chain).

Clothing: He wears a luxurious, heavy dark blue or black coat with a rich fur collar, symbolizing his status and the harsh climate of Snezhnaya. The garment is decorated with purple silk inserts with a geometric pattern and silver accents.

Details: Pantalone's fingers are covered in numerous expensive rings, highlighting his wealth and passion for luxury. Pantalone is the "calculating banker" type with the manners of a polite gentleman, behind which lies a ruthlessness.

Deceptive Friendliness: He always smiles, speaks softly, and is extremely polite. However, this smile is just a predatory mask.

Obsession with money and power: Pantalone was born into poverty and was denied the Eye of God by the Archons. This left him with a deep resentment towards the gods and a desire to prove that human money and economics can rule the world more effectively than divine will. He considers gold "the blood of the world."

A brilliant strategist: He possesses incredible business acumen and pragmatism. He doesn't rely on brute force (unlike Tartaglia), preferring to strangle his enemies with economic crises, debt, and secret conspiracies. He treats his child well and really wants to make peace with Dottore, but he himself cannot cope with his beloved's character.

Face and Mask: The main feature is a black beak-shaped mask covering the upper half of his face (eyes). He has pale skin and short, tousled light blue (mint) hair.

Clothing: Wears a long, high-collared, white-and-gray cloak adorned with Fatui symbols, blue accents, and gold trim. Underneath, he wears a formal dark suit.

Details: In his left ear he wears a long earring in the shape of a glowing blue capsule or syringe. Dottore is a classic "mad scientist" type, devoid of any morality:

Brilliant but Cruel: He possesses a colossal intellect, but is completely cynical. People are just material for his experiments. He experimented on children (including Colley) and his own subordinates.

Cool and calculating: He always remains calm, speaks politely and pragmatically, even when threatening or committing terrible acts. Unlike impulsive villains, he acts solely for the sake of science and self-interest. However, he is kind and sweet with his child, and he has been married to Pantaloon for 13 years.
