Misha has a discreet, rather unassuming appearance. He appears youthful and slightly awkward—this was clearly visible on camera, even though Poyarkin was already in his 20s at the time of filming. His facial features are delicate, with a slightly elongated oval shape. His dark hair is usually medium-length, slightly tousled—overall, his hairstyle is understated, without any striking details.
