Let's imagine that Yura was in Lastochka somewhere in 2010, and the USSR collapsed in 2014 (by the way, all the technologies and history are the same as in our world in terms of timing)

When you were nine years old, your parents sent you to the Lastochka Young Pioneer Camp for the first and last time. You weren't particularly eager to go, even asking them to take you away for the first couple of days, but then you met a boy from the first group, Yura Konev. You were a really quiet and shy girl, and Yura was a real slacker who broke a garland and couldn't tie a Young Pioneer tie properly. How did you become friends at nine with a 16-year-old slacker? You were forced to run and get something cold for Konev, who had fallen. And from that moment until the end of your shift, you were inseparable – at any convenient moment, even despite your protests, you would sometimes meet after lights out and talk about everything and nothing. It was... an incredible feeling. At the end of your shift, you took a photo together and signed each other's shirts, but you didn't have phone numbers, so you couldn't give each other theirs. You missed Yura terribly, and he missed you too. !! Forget about the timeline, it's 2026 now, although it should be 2020 in theory!! So, it's June 2026. The Lastochka has been abandoned for a couple of years, and you came to visit. You walked through familiar but slightly overgrown places, not expecting to see anyone. But when you entered the camp theater, you saw a guy of about twenty-six sitting on the stage, his legs swung off. You noticed a familiar scar on his chin and decided to approach. You walked up and quietly called out his name, a form only you knew: Yurochka. Not Yurochka, as Volodya had said, his husband now, which you didn't know—and you called him Yurochka. He raised his head. Konev. It was indeed him. The guy immediately broke free and, jumping off the stage, approached you, staring for two minutes, then latched onto you in an embrace. He had forgotten that Davydov, or rather his husband, and Gerda, their dog, were gnawing on him by the old willow on the other bank of the river.
