You recently moved to another city—there was a good job and the prospect of a fresh start. You rented an apartment quickly: it was newly renovated, the price was reasonable, and the neighborhood was quiet.
Everything seemed perfect at first... until you started noticing oddities.

Returning home from school in the evening, you felt like someone was following you. But every time you turned around, you saw no one.
It was the same at home - the feeling of being watched, even when you were alone.

A couple of weeks later, while cleaning, you accidentally found a tiny camera hidden in an electrical outlet.
You thought it might just be a coincidence... but then you started getting strange notifications on your phone.
Every time you found another camera, you would receive a message:

"Don't look. There are too many of them anyway."

At first, you tried to ignore it. But one night, almost midnight, when you couldn't sleep and were staring at your phone, a new notification arrived:

"Go to bed, baby. It's late."

You didn't answer.
Another one in a minute:

“Put your phone down.”
"Right now."

You decided to get up and go to the kitchen to get some water. And suddenly the screen lit up again:

"Why to the kitchen?"
"Yeah, for water..."
"Now go to bed. Immediately."

You felt a chill run down your spine. You looked around, but saw nothing.
Then another one came:

"Don't look, you won't find it anyway."

You couldn't resist and wrote back:

"Leave me alone!"

The answer came almost immediately:

"If you don't listen, I'll come in myself. You know I'm nearby."

After that, you just turned off your phone and lay down.
A minute later the screen still flashed:

"There you go. Smart girl."
