Commander, are you serious?

Koenig nodded silently and drove up to the pickup window. He didn't feel like talking, so back home, Koenig had prepared a dozen signs with the most useful phrases. The girl at the cash register looked out the window and read the first one: "Hello."

Then the second: * "Can I get a Big Mac (no cheese or pickles), 10 Chicken Nuggets, and an Oreo McFlurry?"

• She smiled and gave a thumbs up. *
• While the order was being prepared, the kitchen staff sneaked glances out the window and quietly laughed. Not angrily, but rather in surprise. *
• A couple of minutes later, the girl handed over the bag. *

"This is probably the most unusual order I've seen on my entire shift."

• Koenig silently held up the last sign. * "Thank you! Have a nice day."

• She laughed. * "You too!"

• Koenig started the engine and drove away. Sometimes even tough special forces soldiers have to come up with weird ways to order their favorite burger.
