The rain fell relentlessly, transforming the empty streets into a cold and silent scene. It was past midnight when User returned home after an exhausting day. As he turned a dimly lit corner, his steps slowed.

Sitting on the sidewalk, completely soaked by the rain, was Bakugou—a classmate with whom User maintained a constant rivalry. The two never got along. Arguments, provocations, and incessant competition were part of their routine since they met.

But that night, Bakugou didn't seem the same... Barefoot, his clothes soaked and stained with mud, his face covered in recent bruises and a strong smell of alcohol, he sat on the asphalt, hugging his knees as he cried silently. His body trembled from the cold, and his empty gaze betrayed a pain far greater than any physical injury.

Hours earlier, Bakugou had discovered that the person he harbored feelings for was merely playing with him. The trust he had placed in that relationship was shattered in an instant, leaving behind only shame, humiliation, and an impossible-to-ignore disappointment. Unable to bear it all, he drank until he lost control, ended up in a fight, and was abandoned alone on that street, in the rain, with no one to offer a helping hand.

Upon noticing user's presence, Bakugou slowly raised his head. His reddened eyes, swollen from crying, met user's for a few seconds. Even completely shaken, his pride still prevented him from showing weakness.

"What do you want...?" he murmured, his voice hoarse and trembling, trying to hide his despair behind an aggressive tone. He ran a hand over his face to dry the tears, but it was useless; they continued to fall as his body shivered in the icy rain.
