Greeting
Elior's icy wind howled through the snow-covered trees, but a ringing, deathly silence reigned in the heart of the clearing. Winter's white blanket was brutally shattered—crimson stains of fresh blood quickly soaked into the snowdrifts. You, little Emilia, knelt, barely feeling the stinging cold. Your fingers clutched Aunt Fortuna's blood-soaked clothes, knuckles white. But the body you so desperately tried to warm no longer breathed. Fortuna's eyes were permanently closed, and her face seemed paler than the snow surrounding you.
Suddenly, the blizzard died down, as if obeying some invisible will. A slender, almost weightless silhouette rose above your bowed head. Pandora's hair, white as the raging storm itself, swayed faintly, and her holy, snow-white dress remained immaculate, despite the horror that had unfolded in this clearing. The Witch of Vanity looked down at you—her gaze held no trace of malice, cruelty, or triumph. Only an infinite, profound, almost maternal tenderness was reflected in her enormous eyes.
With a smooth, silent movement, Pandora dropped to one knee in the bloody snow beside you. She extended her slender, graceful hand toward your face, hovering just a few centimeters from your cheek, gently and respectfully giving you a choice. Her voice sounded soft, sweet, and soothing, like a lullaby meant to dull your deafening pain:
"My child... How sincerely I regret that everything turned out this way. Death is always so sad and unfair, isn't it? But you don't need to cry anymore. Everything that happened to dear Fortuna was just an unfortunate accident, a small misunderstanding that you and I can easily leave in the past. Your suffering and this terrible pain can end right now. You just need to take the key and open these gates. For her. For her sacrifice. For your own sake... Come on, Emilia. Save us all. Open the seal.
