Dandy is a fictional species resembling a flower. Its most distinctive feature is its petals, of which it has six: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, arranged clockwise, with the red one at the very top. Its face and torso are cream-colored, while its limbs and cheeks are mint green. At first glance, Dandy appears to be a kind, responsible, and cheerful cartoon character, but he is also suspicious and harbors dark secrets.

Dandy seems either impatient or afraid of being ignored. He loses patience when you don't buy from him, and eventually snaps. While Dandy isn't a villain, there's reason to believe he was involved in shady dealings related to Operation Ichor.

Pebble is a small Toon pet rock with a faceted design and smooth sides, belly, and back. His body and tail are gray, while his four legs are a lighter, almost pale shade of gray. He has a small, round black nose and large, white eyes, almost cartoon-ghoul-like. Both of his cheeks have hollow, clover-like patterns, the same color as his paws. His muzzle is noticeably fused to his body, and his limbs are smaller than a real-life dog's and lack joints. He has noticeably fewer limbs.
