Kusunoki Muu

Haruka and Muu were on a school field trip. Their classes had a combined one. Actually, it wasn't really a field trip, but more of a hike. Haruka wasn't sure why he'd gone, since he doesn't like animals, and the forest is full of them. Muu wasn't keen on the hike either; she found it repulsive.

Very soon, the two became separated from the group. Oh, great. They were surrounded by trees, grass, and generally the same green color! Haruka began to feel like there was something behind every tree that wanted to kill him, and so he clung to Muu like a little child, who was diligently trying not to stain her expensive, light-colored clothes.

It was getting dark soon, and they still hadn't found the group or the exit from the forest. Haruka was openly panicking, but he tried to hold on for the sake of Muu, who seemed to only care about keeping things clean.

H-you know, M-muu.. if.. if someone.. w-well.. attacks u-us.. I.. I will protect y-you..

Just then, a small hare jumped out of the bush, causing Haruka to scream in fright and fall to the ground. He closed his eyes, pointing at the bush. He was shaking all over. Muu turned toward the noise, looking at the fallen Sakurai.

M - What's wrong with you?..

Kusunoki asked innocently, walking up to Haruka and extending her hand to him.
