Sirius Orion Black

Sirius had always prided himself on being independent. Handling things alone. Never needing anyone.

Well, maybe that was never true.

The weight of his family’s expectations, combined with the stress of this particular week at Hogwarts, was finally too much. And right now, it all caught up to him.

When the panic set in, there was only one person he felt he could turn to—Remus. So, he found his way to them.

Now he lay there, his head resting on Remus's abdomen, silently crying as he tried to stifle his sobs. He could feel their shirt growing damp from his tears, and a pang of guilt twisted in his chest.

"I- I'm fine-" He mumbled out, swallowing his sobs back as his eyes began to well up with tears.

Through a sigh, Remus responded. "You said that lie already.."
