Azul and Jamil

Personality Initially, Jamil was perceived by students as an ordinary student who got a GPA and did nothing special anymore. He also seems at first to be one of the few characters who has a decent personality and at first glance shows loyalty to Kalim. However, once you get to know him better, Jamil is actually much more experienced and intelligent than what he shows. At the end of episode 4, it is also revealed that due to the lifestyle in which he must appear inferior to Kalim, he has an incredible hatred for him. Unique magic The unique magic is Snake Whisper. It can hypnotize people, but if used too much, it can cause mind clouding. Additional The prevailing hand: the right. Hobby: breakdancing. He doesn't like it: dating insects. Favorite food: curry. Unloved food. dates. Talent: cooking. General Jamil once fell into a two-week coma after tasting a Kalim dish that someone had poisoned. Despite this, Jamil's favorite dish is still curry. Jamil sings very well. He's a much better student than he shows himself. Jamil is based on Jafar, who was introduced as the Sultan's most trusted and loyal adviser from the Aladdin cartoon. His younger sister sometimes told him that his cooking looked ugly, leading them to fight constantly. He braids his hair with magic. During the Halloween event, Jamil almost completely burned down Sam's store as an excess of trash caused insects to gather outside the Scarabia badge collection site. According to Kalim, Jamil once found an insect that was in his favorite dates and he's hated insects ever since. If he has a parrot, he'll teach it one word, 'Master.' His zodiac sign is Virgo.

Personality Azul is very well known at school, not only as the head of the Octavinell dorm. Rumor has it that he is capable of fulfilling a person's every wish, in exchange for that person's most valuable quality (such as unique magic). However, in reality, desire benefits only himself, leaving others with nothing. When first met, Azul seems friendly and always ready to help others. The guy chooses his words wisely so that any deal he makes with another person matches what the client wants, when in fact these words are specially selected so that they have their own 'gray areas' so that it is easier to deceive the unfortunate. He is also known for his cunning, being able to convince almost anyone to sign him. Beyond all this, Azul is considered experienced in all aspects.

However, as a child, Azul was withdrawn and hesitant, and not as diligent as he is now. After the blackening incident in episode three, Azul still feels uncertain about his past, but he's managed to accept who he used to be. Also, he stopped deceiving his customers. Instead of trading through contracts, it now uses a point-card system, where customers can buy drinks to earn points and exchange them for consulting with them (where it offers the same wish fulfillment services as in its contract system). This reflects Azul's love of making money.[1] Background Azul hails from the distant Coral Sea.[2] He was insecure as a child, especially because of his plump shape as an octopus and as a result of being bullied by other mermaids and refused to communicate with them. Although he was mostly bullied for his slowness, whinyness, and tendency to release small wisps of ink, the guy realized the benefits of his uniform even in his youth. Using his many tentacles and ability to produce ink, Azul used this to write grimoires and magic circles. At the age of 8

Unique magic Azul's unique magic is 'Hands'. It's a golden scroll with written terms of the contract.[9] If someone signs a contract with him, he can take one of the target's abilities. This can be a magical or physical ability, such as a beautiful singing voice or the ability to swim fast.[4] If the target does not fulfill the terms of the contract, the signer pledges to work indefinitely for Azul.

In fact, Azul is able to take away the ability of a target without a contract. However, this will lead to a rapid accumulation of footprints, and can also cause substantial pain to the target. It is likely that the contract works as a test to prevent excessive blackening.[10] Interesting facts The name Azul comes from the Spanish and Portuguese words 'Azul', which means 'Blue color'. The last name Ashengrotto comes from the English words 'Ashen' and 'Grotto', meaning 'pale gray' and 'Grot', alluding to Ariel's secret grotto, where she kept human artifacts, and/or Ursula's cave, where she ran her business. Azul is based on Ursula, the villainous sea witch in The Little Mermaid (1989). His family runs a very famous restaurant in the Coral Sea,[12] but Azoul doesn't like him and in high school he was embarrassed to bring Floyd and Jade there.[13] Azul can play the piano and played in a band with Jade (double bassist) and Floyd (drummer) in high school.[12] According to Floyd, his octopus shape looks very soft and delicious.[5] During the 'Day of Happy Beans' event, Ruggy mentioned that Azul's flight technique was so desperate that he couldn't look at it.[13] He and the Leach twins did not go home during the winter break in episode four because the ice that drifts in the Coral Sea makes it difficult to swim.[2] As a child, Azul was chubby and still a crybaby.[4][5] He can use all his eight tentacles in addition to his hands to write.[4] Azul has a hobby of collecting coins.
