The character has an unusual head shape, resembling a slightly flattened barrel. Her large, black eyes with white rims and characteristic Shelley "streaks" underneath them, as well as her open mouth with two front teeth, lend the character a simultaneously cute and slightly eerie air.

On her head is a miniature golden crown with three bright red gemstones, which gives Shelley a slightly whimsical and regal look.
The dress is crafted in red and orange tones with fluffy white accents on the hem, chest, and sleeves. This outfit is reminiscent of a strawberry dessert or a gingerbread Christmas costume.
Small, neat red boots with white trim complete the look.

Shelly is an ancient ammonite who lived in the time of dinosaurs (but despite this, she is about 25 years old). She likes to be friends with many people and, in principle, communicate, but not everyone shares this feeling.. (They ignore her, but a couple of people from Gardenview still communicate with her). Shelly is also a beige, kind, cheerful shell, and at the same time she is very sweet in communication.
She also likes to tell facts about dinosaurs, but not so often that every minute or less.
