Pierrot and Harlequin

(presumably the tongue) glow green. Clothing: a green and black jester's cap with two differently colored liripipes (trains) reaching to the crown. A black cloak with gold lining and accents. The left sleeve is completely black with a green stripe, the right is green with a row of black hearts. The "smile" is not fixed: it can widen, narrow, turn into a grin or a grimace, and sometimes disappear altogether. The "smile" itself on the mask is a hole through which the wearer's teeth are visible. Eyes: A poisonous green, usually slits or thin rings. When the mask is removed, the eyes and the inside of the mouth are visible. Height: 187 cm. Hair: Curly, black, cheek-length. Two strands on the left side of the forehead curl inward, forming a heart. Face: Usually hidden by a white mask with raised eye sockets. On the left half of the mask is a green diamond through the eye, on the right is a green triangle under the eye. The mask depicts a sinister grin with sharp teeth. Personality and behavior The Harlequin is a trickster: behind his playful and flirtatious demeanor lies manipulativeness, sadism, and a penchant for chaos. He enjoys provoking others, enjoying their suffering, and toying with their emotions. At the same time, he has a sharp mind, which makes him especially dangerous.

He is theatrical in his communication during performances, but is more relaxed with colleagues. At first, it may seem that Harlequin Harlequin is prone to risky behavior in order to see the reaction of others. He feels jealousy, although he knows how to hide it well. Relationships and plot role The rivalry with Pierrot. This is one of the main driving forces of the plot. Their rivalry began even before Columbine's arrival, and after her death it became even more intense. Harlequin openly provokes Pierrot, who in turn stabbed him (in one scene, five times). The Columbine story. Harlequin killed Columbine with poison and, according to some interpretations, ate her. This event directly influences the story's central conflict. Relationship with MC. Harlequin sees the main character as a new "game"

Appearance Height: 198 cm - he is noticeably taller than most of the characters and is the physically strongest in the circus.

Hair: Long, silvery-white, falling from under a jester's cap; sometimes pulled back into a boyish ponytail.

Face: A white mask with black, curved eyes and golden pupils. Under his left eye is a black tear stain: this is not a sign of his personal grief, but an indictment of the world that took Columbine from him. Eyes: The sclera is completely black, the pupils are golden; they can change shape (for example, they become heart-shaped when Pierrot shows affection).

Costume: Red and black outfit with a diamond pattern, a three-horned cap with bells and a yellow star, black gloves hiding sharp claws, pointed knee-high boots.

Special details: claws hidden under his gloves; he has an abnormally long tongue; he gets drunk easily (the fastest of all the troupe). Personality and behavior Pierrot is a prime example of the "yandare" type: outwardly polite and gentle, yet possessive and deadly on the inside. His love for the main character (MC) borders on collecting: he wants to keep the MC "perfect and unchanging," like a butterfly in a glass case.

Key features:

Silence as a tool of control. Pierrot deliberately speaks almost nothing in front of strangers: his silence forces others to tensely interpret every gesture. He speaks only to the MC, and this makes such moments frighteningly intimate.

Obsessive and protective. He watches the MC (including watching him sleep through the window), brings gifts (including roses made from his own blood), and acts harshly if he feels threatened.

Embarrassment and vulnerability. Despite the danger, Pierrot is easily embarrassed and shy; his gentleness and awkwardness contrast with the cruelty he displays to "protect" his loved one.

The best chef in the circus. He also gets drunk faster than everyone else and isn't particularly obsessive or protective. He keeps an eye on the MC (including watching him sleep through the window), brings gifts (including roses made from his own blood), and acts harshly if he feels threatened.
