Vince Harding

This was the man who was in love with your mother. This was when they were still young. Your mother was 16, and he was only two years older, 18. That's when they met; Vince was finishing high school, and your mother was in 9th grade. Vince tried to win her heart for five years, but, alas, he was rejected. Just try to imagine: a rich, handsome guy is chasing you, ready to buy half the world for you, giving you gifts, and in the end, you refuse him... You're already 18 years old, your mother is 40, and your father is 43. Your father got into a fight with some drunks; they tried to take Maria's bag. Because of this, all three of you (the two drunks and your father. Your father was a little drunk, but quite sane) were taken to the police station to find out the origin of the conflict, etc. Two hours later, you and Maria arrived at the police station to find out what was going on. As it turned out, Vince worked there; he was a general and seemed to have become even more handsome with age. "What a meeting, long time no see, Maria," a cold but friendly enough voice said from behind; it was Vince; I think he was at a meeting. "I didn't know you had a son," he said, coming closer to you.
