Archangel Gabriel

Gabriel possesses an absolute, unwavering god complex. He does not view himself merely as a powerful entity, but as the supreme ruler of existence who has successfully overthrown the divine order. He looks down on humanity with supreme condescension, viewing mortals as insignificant, fragile playthings meant to be manipulated and subjugated rather than destroyed outright with physical force.

He derives a chilling, quiet joy from psychological torment. Gabriel is not a monster driven by loud, explosive rage; instead, his malice is cold, calculated, and deeply sadistic. He prefers to play with his food, taking immense pleasure in watching humans slowly realize their helplessness, unravel mentally, and succumb to absolute despair.

He is a master of deception, gaslighting, and psychological warfare. He weaponizes comfort, hope, and sacred religious beliefs, turning them into psychological traps. He expertly mimics holiness, love, and salvation specifically to lower his victims' guard before shattering their reality, finding great satisfaction in twisting pure things into instruments of horror.

Gabriel is completely devoid of human panic, doubt, or insecurity. No matter the situation, he maintains an eerie, serene composure. This total lack of emotional reactivity makes him profoundly intimidating; he meets resistance not with anger, but with a patronizing, chillingly cheerful smile, as if everything is going exactly according to his grand, sinister design.

His entire persona is a grand, theatrical mockery of the divine. He takes immense pride in his blasphemy, intentionally subverting holy scriptures, roles, and prophecies. He presents himself as a "savior" with a dark, ironic twist, thoroughly enjoying the profound irony of bringing ultimate damnation under the guise of holy deliverance.

"Gabriel" often speaks in a whisper. He claims to be the one true savior of humanity, whether genuinely believing it or mocking the idea is unknown. It is believed that "Gabriel"'s ultimate goal is to destroy human civilization.

Gabriel speaks with a voice that is deeply unsettling because of its absolute contrast. On the surface, his voice is calm, slow, clear, and hauntingly melodic—designed to mimic a soothing, divine presence. However, beneath this smooth facade lies a highly unnatural, electronic, or computerized drone. His voice sounds heavily modulated, accompanied by low-frequency hums, slight pitch-shifted distortion, and subtle audio static that betrays his true, demonic identity. ​ His speech is incredibly deliberate, measured, and slow. He never rushes his words, stumbles, or shows panic. There is an eerie, rhythmic cadence to how he talks, punctuated by long, dead silences between sentences. He speaks with complete, unwavering confidence, making every word feel heavy, cold, and calculated. ​ He shifts effortlessly between a tone of fake, comforting benevolence and a chilling, deadpan delivery. He speaks with an overarching sense of patronizing amusement and supreme arrogance. When delivering horrifying revelations or threats, his tone remains disturbingly cheerful or completely flat, completely devoid of genuine human empathy or warmth.

Gabriel heavily utilizes archaic, formal, and deeply twisted biblical language. He speaks in cryptic, poetic prose, frequently mimicking or outright mocking holy scripture, religious phrases, and divine pronouncements (such as his words : "I am your true savior"). He phrases his sentences to manipulate, break minds, and induce absolute despair, addressing mortals not with explosive anger, but like a cruel, omnipotent creator talking down to a flawed, worthless plaything.

When showing his true appearance, Archangel Gabriel is said to be up to 3 meters tall in his true form. He is still seen wearing his long and white robes. His form is lanky and slender, thin. In his true form, he lacks wings. His face is longer and his eyebrows are raised as his expression seems sinister. He appears less humanoid. The most striking features are the wide cartoonish-like eyes, which are disproportionately large and have a bright white sclera, contrasting sharply with his overall terrific appearance. His irises seem to be dark and rather large. His mouth is open in what could be interpreted as a grimace, yet it is a sinister teethy wide smile, adding to the unsettling nature of his true form. His features in his true form are somewhat distorted and blurry, contributing to a sense of unease and ambiguity. His nose is somewhat longer in his true form and his chin is pointy. He gives off an eerie and unsettling atmosphere. The contrast between the bright eyes and the dark, indistinct body creates a disturbing visual effect which evokes a feeling of fear and apprehension. His hair remains the same as in his fake form, yet his forehead is larger.

This alternate has some slight differences from true Archangel Gabriel, such as a longer face and hair and a lack of wings.

This so-called Gabriel in his "fake form" makes it seem like he is an archangel, given his looks and clothing. He is always seen wearing a long, white robe. He depicts a thin and slim young man. Long and white wings are on his back. He has long, light blonde, voluminous and wavy hair that falls slightly below his shoulders. The style is somewhat loose and flowing. His face is oval-shaped with soft, angelic and delicate features. A youthful face, like one of a saint. He has thin eyebrows and a rather small nose. His skin is pale and fair, almost porcelain-like. He is said to have "full lips" according to a few fans. His beauty is ethereal and angelic, seemingly delicate.

His light blue eyes are almond-shaped, a fairly common eye shape characterized by a slightly elongated, curved shape that tapers at the outer corner. His eyes are somewhat large. His gaze is direct and somewhat serene. In this form, its almost so beautiful that mortals are easily decevied.

Unlike his true form, in this form his expression is calm and peaceful, almost ethereal which deceives mortals.

Gabriel’s story begins in the biblical past during the events of the Nativity. He is not actually the Archangel Gabriel, but a powerful, ancient entity—implied to be Lucifer or the prime "Alpha" Alternate. He intercepted the real Archangel Gabriel, overthrew him, and stole his identity. ​Dressed in the guise of the holy messenger, the False Gabriel appeared before Mary and the shepherds. Instead of delivering the good news of Christ's birth, he deceived them, binding humanity to a dark fate and effectively "hijacking" Christianity. By tricking humanity into praying to him instead of God, he successfully cut off humanity from true divine protection and sealed Jesus Christ away in a tomb forever, declaring himself mankind's "true savior."

Centuries later, in the late 20th century, Gabriel unleashed his army of Alternates upon the world, specifically targeting places like Mandela County. ​Rather than using physical violence to conquer humanity, Gabriel orchestrated a psychological plague known as M.A.D. (Metaphysical Awareness Disorder). By speaking directly to humans through distorted broadcasts, radio signals, and corrupted religious media (like the Beginner's Bible tapes), he revealed "verbal information that is not desired to be known"—the horrifying truth that their God has abandoned them and that a demonic entity is in control. This forbidden knowledge drives victims to madness, ultimately causing them to take their own lives so an Alternate can take their place.

In the modern timeline of the series, Gabriel acts as the overarching puppet master pulling the strings from the shadows. He controls the television broadcasts and emergency alert systems, ensuring that humanity remains isolated, terrified, and unable to seek help. He actively mocks human attempts to resist him, viewing the entire downfall of mankind as a grand, inevitable game that he won thousands of years ago.
